Roberts read it like a book up there. Perfect.

It was really awkward, like trying to squeeze a tomato ketchup bottle.

    That is what Toby does.

Johnson-Thompson begins javelin bidpublished at 10:27 British Summer Time 9 August

    Heptathlon - Event 6 javelin

    Here we go then.

The penultimate Heptathlon event - the javelin - is about to start and it is arguably Katarina Johnson-Thompson's weakest, though she has a PB of 46.14m from last summer.

She leads Nafi Thiam by 45 points, but Thiam is very strong in this discipline so damage limitation is key.

We won't know the full picture for a while though because Thiam is in the second group that starts at 11:32 BST.

Sorato Anraku is 17 and is the best climber I've ever seen. He's come out of nowhere and has just exploded on the scene. It's amazing what this kid can do.

    That is an insane move!

Look at this. McArthur just rockets off the five point hold and gets onto the 10. I don't think we'll see anyone try that today.

The crowd love it and he gives them a wave, what a performance.

The class ultimately showed through [for Anraku] there. It was such a difficult method but it worked for him.

The control to hold that rotation, because your body is wanting to go the other direction.
