Jake Jarman has secured himself a bronze medal, well done Jake!

It was a really competitive final. He is going to have such a fun time over the next few days in his Olympic experience to soak up what he has done with that floor routine.

He is going to be over the moon, it's absolutely incredible.

Jake Jarman gets his first Olympic medal! What a performance.

Luke Whitehouse's routine was brilliant but he has to settle for sixth place. There are emotional scenes as Philippines' Carlos Yulo sinks to the floor in complete joy at securing the gold medal, while Israel's Artem Dolgopyat tales the silver.

I've popped into the kayak cross to see what this new Olympic sport is about.

Fast, furious with a bit of Saturday night Gladiators vibe to it, the stands are rocking as three - or sometimes four - kayakers race each other at the same time.

Britain's Kimberley Woods has just powered past to win her heat and join team-mate Mallory Franklin in the elimination round.

But her two opponents have been having an almighty tussle, almost whacking each other with their paddles to get to pole position at the gates. It's brutal!

    • Algeria's female boxer Imane Khelif faces Hungary's Anna Hamori in the women's welterweight quarter-final at 16.22 BST - the winner is guaranteed a medal. Earlier, International Olympic Committee president Thomas Bach defended Khelif and Lin Yu-ting competing at Paris 2024, saying there was "never any doubt" they are women.

    • The highlight of tonight's athletics action is the women's 100m final at 20.20 BST. GB's Dina Asher-Smith, Imani Lansiquot and Daryll Neita are all through to the semi-finals.

If it's green then you are flying. If it's red then you've missed out.

It's kind of like a reverse Pointless, if you're a fan of the quiz show.
