    There's a bit of an argument going on trackside.

    The Spanish rider was just setting off to get back riding and he's been stopped by a commissaire who signals that because he banged his head he's not allowed back on.

    A medic nearby seems happy for him to continue but it's not happening for him. The rider is furious, but his day is done.

    There is some debate taking place on the inside of the track as the Spanish rider who was involved in that crash is arguing with some of the officials.

    It appears Albert Torres isn't being allowed to return.

    Understandably, he is not happy!

    Another awful crash! A Belgian rider looks in considerable pain and his bike takes down one of the Spaniards.

    They're both getting back on their bikes, though the Spaniard has to wait for a new helmet as his got a bit bashed up in the crash.

    Brazil are rather running out of ideas in the women's football final, they were the better side for the first hour but the Mallory Swanson goal for USA seems to have taken the wind from the South Americans' sails.

    Two minutes of normal time remain, plus whatever stoppages are added on. It's almost do or die time.

    We are three quarters of the way through this and my eyes are going square trying to keep up with this chaos.

    Italy stay top with 42 points. Denmark are second on 38 points with the Czech Republic now third on 32 points after lapping the field.

    Japan are fourth on 28 points with New Zealand fifth.

    Team GB remain in a tie for 8th.

    Canada have joined Austria in dropping out of the final.
