  5. 'A lack of Scottish execution'published at 17:59 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    England 7-10 Scotland

    Fraser Brown
Former Scotland hooker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It hasn't gone to plan for Scotland. They keep getting to the edge but it's a lack of execution when they get metres from England's line.

They have to start walking away from these opportunities with points.

  6. Replacement - Tom Curry offpublished at 47 mins

    England 7-10 Scotland

Tom Curry limps off and on comes Chandler Cunningham-South. Ben Curry is now the only remaining Curry twin.

    England 7-10 Scotland

    Matt Dawson

Tremendous rip from Itoje. As it went into his midriff, he used his massive mitts to get the ball.

  8. Postpublished at 47 mins

    England 7-10 Scotland

Maro Itoje does well to force an error from Zander Fagerson. Another chance gone in England's 22 for Scotland...

    England 7-10 Scotland

    Fraser Brown
Former Scotland hooker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Good start to the second half by England, with a good launch play.

Quick ball, on the front foot and England look so dangerous. If those passes stick, it's a different game.

  10. Replacements - George and Daly onpublished at 45 mins

    England 7-10 Scotland

The experienced duo of Jamie George and Elliot Daly are on. Luke Cowan-Dickie and Ollie Sleightholme depart.

170 caps worth in one play!

  11. Postpublished at 44 mins

    England 7-10 Scotland

Henry Slade tries to find his centre partner Ollie Lawrence with a back-door offload but Lawrence can't collect.

I wonder if Steve Borthwick has given England licence to try those offloads as we seen that from Lawrence at the end of the first half.

  12. Postpublished at 42 mins

    England 7-10 Scotland

Another steal from Ben Curry. He has really stepped up and will remain with us as Tom Willis has failed his HIA.

  13. 'I don't think it's a try'published at 17:49 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    HT: England 7-10 Scotland

    Peter Wright
    Former Scotland prop on Sportsound

I don't think it's a try. There's no evidence to show Tommy Freeman grounding the ball.

The referee gives the try immediately, and because he's given it, it would have still been given because there isn't evidence he didn't ground it.

    HT: England 7-10 Scotland

    Paul Grayson
Former England fly-half on BBC Radio 5 Live

England are playing into Scotland's hands. When they kick long they are not getting their chase is right and the first hit on Duhan van der Merwe are just making no impact whatsoever.

  16. 'Van der Merwe looks a little bit Lomu like'published at 17:47 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    HT: England 7-10 Scotland

    Matt Dawson

  18. 'It's frustrating Scotland aren't further ahead'published at 17:43 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    HT: England 7-10 Scotland

    Chris Paterson
Former Scotland international on Radio Scotland

Defensively, England are all over the place.

It's frustrating Scotland aren't further ahead because England have been so poor. They have offered nothing in attack. I can't believe they have been so naive to keep kicking to Scotland's back three.

  19. 'Dominance is not reflected'published at 17:40 Greenwich Mean Time 22 February

    HT: England 7-10 Scotland

    Andy Burke
    BBC Sport Scotland at Twickenham

Scotland have been excellent in this first half but the concern is their dominance is not reflected on the scoreboard.

England hung in the fight when under the pump against France before striking late to win it.

Only three points down here, they'll believe they can do it again.

I agree with South Stand Richard. What's England's game plan? Why can we beat France one week and then play like this the next?
