    Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 4-5 Djokovic*

Novak Djokovic throws his head back in frustration as his backhand misses the line and it brings up a first break point of the match for Miomir Kecmanovic.

A big roar from the crowd, they love an underdog.

But Djokovic will be annoyed with that. He probably wanted to make it through without having to face a break point.

  3. Kecmanovic holdspublished at 19:48 British Summer Time 5 July

    Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 4-5 Djokovic*

And that is followed by a very comfortable service hold, with some of the best tennis that Miomir Kecmanovic has played in this match.

    Maybe, just maybe...

Djokovic is sending a message to everyone still in this tournament, that he is the man to beat.

Some defiance at the end from Kecmanovic but it is a delay of the inevitable.

  5. Kecmanovic breaks Djokovicpublished at 19:46 British Summer Time 5 July

    *Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 3-5 Djokovic

"The start of the comeback," says Andrew Cotter on commentary.

Stole my line. Have always thought he's a funny guy.

  6. Fucsovics holdspublished at 19:46 British Summer Time 5 July

    *Shelton 6-3 7-6 (6-4) 3-1 Fucsovics

My word, what a crucial hold. The match was really on the line there for Marton Fucsovics.

Ben Shelton forces three deuces but can't force a break point.

The Hungarian manages to hold, keeping this third set down to a break lead for Shelton.

  7. game, set and match

Game, set and match - Cash & Glasspoolpublished at 19:43 British Summer Time 5 July

    Cash/Glasspool 6-3 6-4 Jebens/Olivetti

British fifth seeds Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool march on to the third round of the men's doubles.

Glasspool has the opportunity to serve for the set and he does just that, beginning with two aces.

Cash then chips a lovely volley over the net and a solid performance is complete in straight sets.

German Hendrik Jebens and France's Albano Olivetti were no match for the British pair.

  8. 'Djokovic and Sinner dominating the draw'published at 19:42 British Summer Time 5 July

    Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 2-5 Djokovic*

    Jeff Tarango
Former American tennis player on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 3 and BBC Sounds

For me, it's a concern that Novak Djokovic is going into the round of 16 playing at this level with no injuries or niggles. He is at the top of his performance and he hasn't struggled in a match yet.

It is a concern because he is a danger now. Djokovic and Sinner are completely dominating the draw right now, they have no concern whatsoever with the rest of the field.

Miomir Kecmanovic gets a great ovation as he holds and at least will make Novak Djokovic serve it out.

    *Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 1-5 Djokovic

    Tim Henman
Former British number one on BBC Two

There are times when there hasn't been motivation in Djokovic's career. But now he wants to tick off another Grand Slam and is playing some brilliant tennis.

It doesn't matter whether it is the first or second serve, he is always hitting the corners.

    10-point match tie-break alert!

Brandon Nakashima holds his nerve to level the fifth set against Lorenzo Sonego at 6-6 to give the fans the grand finale they were hoping for.

Chants of “USA, USA, USA!” rise up from one corner of the stand, and they’re met by chants of “Lor-en-zo, Lo-ren-zo!”

    Jeff Tarango

When these two were warming up, I said the balls were flying past really fast.

Well, it is going 30-40% faster now than it was in the warm-up!

  13. Djokovic one game from victorypublished at 19:38 British Summer Time 5 July

    *Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 1-5 Djokovic

It was 3-3 in the first set but Novak Djokovic has won 14 of the 15 games since then and he is now on the brink of not only the fourth round, but also his 100th singles win at Wimbledon.

  15. Cash breakspublished at 19:36 British Summer Time 5 July

    Cash*/Glasspool 6-3 4-3 Jebens/Olivetti

British fifth seeds Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool break midway through the second set against Hendrick Jebens and Albano Olivetti.

Glasspool hits a great return which Jebens looks incredibly frustrated to see whizz past him.

That could prove to be a crucial moment in this match.

  16. Watch: Djokovic wins amazing rally in first setpublished at 19:35 British Summer Time 5 July

This is just one example of many we could show you of Novak Djokovic's brilliance today.

  17. 'Brilliance from Djokovic'published at 19:34 British Summer Time 5 July

    Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 1-4 Djokovic*

    Andrew Cotter
    Commentator on BBC TV

Another service game where Kecmanovic has felt in control but Djokovic has crawled back.

You really feel for Kecmanovic, but it is brilliance from Djokovic.

  18. Djokovic breakspublished at 19:34 British Summer Time 5 July

    Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 1-4 Djokovic*

This time it's Miomir Kecmanovic who is taken to deuce on his serve and a cross-court forehand winner brings up break point for the seven-time champion.

Novak Djokovic nets and we're back to deuce in the game, but two more winners from Djokovic and it's a double break.

  19. 'Djokovic is just playing open-court tennis'published at 19:30 British Summer Time 5 July

    *Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 1-3 Djokovic

    Jeff Tarango
Former American tennis player on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 3 and BBC Sounds

We touched on the physicality of Miomir Kecmanovic earlier.

It is starting to show now because all Novak Djokovic is doing is just playing open-court tennis. Every ball he is putting over the net is to the open court and it is better than his opponent can catch up to.

  20. 'No let-up of intensity from Djokovic'published at 19:30 British Summer Time 5 July

    *Kecmanovic 3-6 0-6 1-3 Djokovic

    Tim Henman
Former British number one on BBC Two

He is in such a strong position, but there is no let-up in intensity from Djokovic. His return quality and serve quality show how well he is playing tonight.

Lots of players have spoke about how this is a pretty heavy ball so you need to be flattening it out to get it through the court.
