A man died at the weekend after getting into difficulty while diving in Wastwater in the Lake District.
The man, said to be in his 60s and from Lancashire, failed to surface from England's deepest lake on Saturday afternoon.
Crews from emergency services including the Coastguard and volunteers from the Wasdale mountain rescue team were called in.
