Spitting, drinking and urinating in the street in Spalding are being tackled by police officers.
The police now have the power to ask people to stop - and if they don't - they can prosecute offenders.
The Public Spaces Protection Order was introduced in December following complaints of anti-social behaviour.
District councillor Jack McLean says he's already seen an improvement in standards of behaviour on the streets.
