Azeem’s been talking to us at Old Trafford about some delays people have had getting into the stadium.

He told BBC Newsbeat’s Abu Bakar Yasin the staff at the ground really helped him.

“As I walked in, one of the stewards recognised me and straight away walked me over to grab a radio headset. So I am able to listen to it. That makes a big difference," he said.

“A lot of people who aren’t visually impaired use radio commentary. But for someone who is - it really helps paint the picture.”

Azeem says he’s having a great day out in the party stand and that “Manchester is booming” but he’s feeling a draw is in the offing this time round.

“India are digging in. Very slow run rate but looking forward to see if England can get a few more wickets in the afternoon," he added.

“I think India will bat out today, but with Test match cricket you never know. I think a draw is probably on the cards."

This is a good contest, Liam Dawson against Shubman Gill.

Shubman Gill carefully works his way through five deliveries from Liam Dawson without scoring, but denies the spinner a maiden when he edges down to long leg for two off the final delivery of the over.

    Ruth, Bradford

  7. Ind 122-2published at 42 overs

Shubman Gill scored three centuries from his first four innings in this series, including 269 at Edgbaston, but only made 16 and 6 at Lord's.

He gets his second run with a single into the covers off Jofra Archer, with Ben Stokes stopping the ball well.

Liam Dawson is a legend in my house. It all stems from my son, Leo, losing his phone. In his panic, he asked the smart speaker to 'ring Leo' as he tried to locate it. The phone didn't ring but about 30 seconds later, I walked into the kitchen and a voice was coming out of the smart speaker - 'Hello, Hello, Hello?'. The smart speaker had not phoned Leo, but instead dialled Liam (Dawson).

I panicked and put the phone down on poor Liam, who must've been confused. I then plucked up the courage to message him and apologise, explaining that the kids had phoned him off the Alexa.

He was completely fine with it. No harm done. Ever since, he's taken runs and wickets galore for Hampshire. That was his real sliding Daws moment.

Yashasvi Jaiswal had 58 from 107 balls, one six and ten fours. In his Test career, he averages over 80 against spin.

  10. Ind 121-2published at 41 overs

Out walks India captain Shubman Gill to boos from the Old Trafford crowd - they've evidently taken note of his comments about England time-wasting at Lord's.

He gets off the mark immediately with a single through the covers, and Sai Sudharsan fails to score from the last three balls of the over.

That is a proper ball, that is out. A lovely bit of spin, Yashasvi Jaiswal got a bit stuck.

That is Liam Dawson, lovely bit of bowling, a bit of drift. He's such a consistent performer.

Liam Dawson takes a wicket in his second over back. What a return, you can't ask for anymore than that. That's a really good piece of cricket.

    Jaiswal c Brook b Dawson 58 (Ind 120-2)

    A wicket for Liam Dawson!

The left-arm spinner dismisses Yashavi Jaiswal with his seventh delivery of the match, drawing a little push from the India opener, offering an easy catch for Harry Brook at slip.

A dream return for the Hampshire man.

It's been good cricket. England have bowled well, there's been some movement but India have hung in there.

  16. Ind 120-1published at 40 overs

A maiden for Jofra Archer, bowling to Sai Sudharsan, while the crowd seem more focused on a burgeoning beer cup snake in the gigantic temporary stand.

India are going at exactly three an over.

This is interesting. There's two left-handed batters out there and now there's a left-handed spinner coming in.

  20. drinks break

    Ind 120-1published at 39 overs

    Jaiswal 58, Sudharsan 13

Changes at both ends for England, and it's a first sight of spin as Liam Dawson comes to bowl after his long absence from the Test team.

Yashasvi Jaiswal edges his third delivery, the ball runs away into a gap at third and the India batters run two.

A couple more singles follow as the teams go into drinks.
