The former captain has her right glove off and is grimacing a little. Not sure what's happened there. Is it her knee?

There was a hilarious eye-roll from Amy Jones there when she realised what had happened.

    Brilliant bowling.

Hayley Matthews cramped Amy Jones for room, firing it in full and straight to stop her from hitting through the off-side as she was constantly trying to do.

I'm not quite sure how Amy Jones has played that. There was no balance, she was practically on one leg!

    Knight scoops spectacularly for four

That's an interesting shot from Amy Jones. The fourth ball of the over is a wayward full toss which she somehow plays off her body and away to the boundary.

Heather Knight finishes the over with a scooped four. Another 11 runs to England's total.

In less good news, there's an ominous black cloud inbound.

If West Indies had a bit more batting depth, this would be nicely poised but you just sense, with five overs or so remaining, that England will have too many.

Of course, that is unless Hayley Matthews has another epic day.

  20. Eng 100-3published at 15 overs

My apologies, Jahzara. Heather Knight crashes her square for four to bring up England's 100.
