Surrey 172-9 v Notts 231
Roland Butcher
Former England batter on BBC Radio Surrey
Pitched the ball in the right area, nipped away, outside edge and caught behind.
Another wicket for Josh Tongue, another piece of lovely bowling from him.
Gus Atkinson had to play at this one and got the edge through to the keeper.
Surrey 172-9 v Notts 231
Matt Fisher clouts Dillon Pennington through the leg side for four.
The next one he tickles down to the deep-third fence.
As I say, every single run is so valuable.
Surrey trail by 59 runs.
They are back in the middle at Derby and Glamorgan add four from the first over of the afternoon to reach 84-3.
Lewis McManus and Saif Zaib are both into the 40s for Northants, who are 119-3 in the 34th over against Gloucestershire at Bristol.
There has been no resumption yet at Old Trafford, where Middlesex are 13-2 after just five overs of play because of rain continuing to affect their game with Lancashire.
Somerset 96-4 v Hants
Washington Sundar, who took seven English wickets for India in the Test series this summer, is into his fourth over and gets a little bit of turn and bounce to find the edge of Lewis Goldsworthy's bat.
Fortunately for the Somerset man it goes behind square and not to the fielder close in at short leg. A little warning sign that the man with 100 on his back could be a handful as this match progresses.
Leics 177-2 v Kent
Rishi Patel flicks Corey Flintoff to fine leg for his 20th boundary and reaches his second Championship hundred of the season from 114 balls faced.
He hasn't been in a lot of trouble against a largely inexperienced attack and has scored runs all around the ground - being especially severe on anything aimed at his pads.
Atkinson c Verreynne b Tongue 5 (Surrey 162-9 v Notts 231)
That's far too good from Josh Tongue.
He gets one just to offer to move away and Gus Atkinson tickles it through to the wicketkeeper.
This is one heck of a collapse from the reigning champions and current leaders.
Notts have maximum bowling points and the deficit at the top is back down to the one point we started with.
Dan Worrall is the last man.
Surrey 162-8 v Notts 231
Matt Fisher was the bowling hero for Surrey with five wickets and now they need him to score some runs.
That's not a bad start as he clips Dillon Pennington away for four.
Surrey trail by 69 runs.
Given the way the pitch is playing, every run is crucial.
Durham v Worcestershire 122-2
Martin Emmerson
BBC Radio Newcastle
After yesterday's rain, Durham decided to put Worcestershire in today, but at lunch on day two - having lost all of day one - they are 107-2.
In the circumstances, I think they will be happy with the way the morning session went.
Although Jake Libby was out for 15 and Kashif Ali for 10, Reehan Edavalath and and Daniel Lategan saw them through to the break.
Their partnership so far is worth 73 and both have career-best scores. Edavalath, who is 21, has 55. Ninteen-year-old Lategan has 38.
Durham have struggled to bowl sides out this season. It's one of the main reasons why they are in the relegation zone. And so far they are yet to pick up a bowling point in this one.
Surrey 160-8 v Notts 231
Roland Butcher
Former England batter on BBC Radio Surrey
If Notts could wrap this up now and get a nice lead then we could have an interesting afternoon.
Surrey 155-8 v Notts 231
Mark Church
BBC Radio London commentator
Gus Atkinson does have a Test match 100 and you don't get a Test match 100 unless you can bat but this is a bit of pressure now out there in the middle.
What's been impressive from Josh Tongue and Dillon Pennington is that they have been on it from the first ball after lunch.
Elgar c Yates b Gilchrist 48 (Warwicks v Essex 96-2)
The drop doesn't cost Warwickshire any runs.
Dean Elgar edges Nathan Gilchrist to Rob Yates at second slip and this time Yates holds on.
Charlie Allison is in.
Sussex v Yorks 94-2
Sussex now have their new-ball pair of Ollie Robinson and Jaydev Unadkat operating in tandem again and just as this morning they are proving very difficult to get away. Mayank Agarwal is seven not out and James Wharton has five as the pressure builds.
Surrey 150-8 v Notts 231
Roland Butcher
Former England batter on BBC Radio Surrey
Terrific piece of bowling by Dillon Pennington, bringing this one back and again trapping Tom Curran on the front foot, he didn't stretch out very far and he's really done for pace.
Quite easy for the umpire.
Leics 165-2 v Kent
Rishi Patel nudges a single off Joey Evison as he and Lewis Hill post a 50 partnership.
Hill takes a step down the pitch to the next delivery before pounding it to the cover boundary.
Warwicks v Essex 95-1
Dean Elgar edges and it's put down at second slip by Rob Yates.
That might be costly.
Durham v Worcs 119-2
A firm late punch off the backfoot through point brings a boundary and Rehaan Edavalath's half century.
He has batted well mixing aggression and patience (his 51 has taken 96 balls but included eight fours) and is putting Worcs in a decent position.
Curran lbw b Pennington 11 (Surrey 150-8 v Notts 231)
Another one!
Dillon Pennington gets his line spot on and Tom Curran misses.
Surrey 150-8 v Notts 231
Roland Butcher
Former England batter on BBC Radio Surrey
A good delivery there by Josh Tongue who's done Ryan Patel for length.
Perhaps it was a delivery Patel should be getting on the front foot to. Once he elected to go back, the ball just skidded on and struck him plumb in front.
He couldn't get his bat down quick enough, coming across the ball. No doubt about that decision.
Durham v Worcs 107-2
Ben Raine has the ball in hand and Daniel Lategan in his sights as the second over after lunch gets under way.
