    Three decent balls from Jimmy Anderson but the line is wrong with the fourth, heading down leg and Leus du Plooy tickles it away fine for four.

    Great response from Anderson. Swinging delivery that beats the left-hander and goes through to the keeper.

    That's enough to earn Sir James another five balls.

    Manchester Originals captain Phil Salt speaking on Sky Sports: "It was a bit more bit more like old school Old Trafford, it was quite steep. We would have liked a few more but I think we will have a good sniff.

    "It is massive having James Anderson in our side. But he won't be bowling from his end unfortunately! Sonny Baker is massive as well as he can really move the ball."

    After a fast start, Manchester Originals would have had eyes on a total larger than the 131 they ended up with.

    It will be tough to defend, especially with a bowling line-up that includes two Hundred debutants.

    Then again one of those debutants has 704 Test wickets to his name...

    Manchester Originals will perhaps feel they should have scored a few more - they only managed four boundaries after the 26th ball of the innings.

    But it doesn't look the easiest of pitches, so the game is still in balance.
