    Oh dear Ben McKinney.

After a brilliant first innings century and 63 balls of defiance this morning he shoulders arms to one which straightens from Simon Harmer which sneaks past his knee and thuds off stump to send him on his way for 11.

Colin Ackermann joins David Bedingham who is 10* from 48 balls.

    Durham still trail by 79.

53 needed. Tom Taylor is round the wicket to Liam Patterson-White.

    Hammond c and b Holland 28 (Leics 342 v Glos 482 & 174-3)

Gloucestershire's lead is now north of 300 and a wide from Ian Holland sees Joe Phillips and Miles Hammond reach a 50 partnership.

The next one is a full toss and Hammond hoists it down the ground for four - he is 28 not out.

It is his final scoring shot as he tries to swing the next one away, gets a top edge and Holland has time to position himself under it and completes a return catch.

  5. SURREY DECLARE LEADING BY 389published at 12:03 British Summer Time

    Surrey 246 & 391-8 v Warwickshire 248

115-6 in just over 19 overs this morning and that is enough for Rory Burns.

Dom Sibley remains unbeaten on 103* - coming back after retiring hurt to make a memorable century - with Matt Fisher on 7* at the end.

Warwickshire need 390 to win in 76 overs after the change of innings.

Notts 83-6 - target 136 to beat Worcs

Lyndon James holds the key for Notts.

Ben Allison is wide of off peg and James leaves it alone.

The sun is just breaking through the thickening skies as the cathedral bells ring out for noon.

Watchful from James, who plays as straight and as late as he can.

    Maiden over.

    Surrey 246 & 387-8 v Warwickshire 248

Rob Yates comes into the attack with his occasional spin and Matt Fisher clips him past the throng of people at square leg all the way to the rope.

Fisher clips a single off the next ball to bring Dom Sibley onto strike on 98* and REACHES THRE FIGURES with a reverse sweep for a couple.

His 26th first class century and fourth of the season - and he's done it on one leg against his former club.

186 balls with eight fours and two sixes.

He almost holes out from the next ball, Sam Hain unable to haul in the chance at deep mid-wicket.

Quite the decline. 50-1 to 83-6.

Liam Patterson-White is on a pair. Second-ball duck in the first dig.

    He sees out the over.

    Richard Rae
    BBC Radio Leicester Sport

If the declaration was to come now, Leicestershire would need 300 from 76 overs.

    It isn't coming now...

  11. wicket

WICKETpublished at 11:58 British Summer Time

    Slater c Roderick b Taylor 36 (Notts 83-6 - target 136 to beat Worcs)

Runs! Full from Tom Taylor and driven through the off side by Notts opener Ben Slater for a valuable four.

Taylor drags the length back a bit and Slater defends on his toes into the off side.

Out! Loose drive from the crease and he's edged it to keeper Gareth Roderick!

Hammer blow for Notts and Liam Patterson-White will bat now.

  12. rain stops play

Rain stops play at Tauntonpublished at 11:57 British Summer Time

    Somerset 441-6 dec v Yorks 56-5

The skies suddenly darkened at Taunton and a shower forced the players from the field. Should only be a brief halt, though.

  13. Postpublished at 11:56 British Summer Time

    Surrey 246 & 381-8 v Warwickshire 248

Dom Sibley tries to do it in one ball with a huge attempted pull off a straight one from Erthan Bamber which makes no contact.

A carve into the covers takes him to 98* but takes him off strike.

Matt Fisher keeps strike with a single to move to 2*.

The lead is 379 with 79 overs remaining in the day.

  14. Postpublished at 24.1 overs

    Leics 342 & Glos 482 & 152-2

Gloucestershire's 150 comes up as Miles Hammond drives Ian Holland elegantly through extra cover for four. The batter doesn't bother to move after completing the stroke, he knows that won't be stopped.

  15. wicket

    Lawes c Young b Bamber 19 - Surrey 246 & 378-8 v Warwickshire 248

  16. Postpublished at 11:53 British Summer Time

Notts 79-5 - target 136 to beat Worcs

The grim weather is starting to build up a bit behind the pavilion.

Good length from Ben Allison, inducing a push and a miss outside off stump from Lyndon James.

The ball has not really come on to the bat for Notts, who are struggling for fluency.

A solid drive is picked up at mid off.

Leg side, tucked away by James for a couple. 57 needed.

  17. 'More rain would probably end the game'published at 11:52 British Summer Time

    Sussex 122 & 37-1 v Hants 226 & 173 - start delayed

    Adrian Harms
    BBC Sussex

Covers coming off at Hove but despite the blue skies more showers are forecast and any more rain would probably bring an end to any chance of play.

  18. 6 runs

for Dom Sibleypublished at 11:50 British Summer Time

    Surrey 246 & 378-7 v Warwickshire 248

Back-to-back sixes for Dom Sibley. For the first time in his first class career.

Pulling Ollie Hannon-Dalby over long leg this time and into the stands.

He has 96* and goes for another but mistimes this one for a single to deep backward square.

Tom Lawes slaps the next ball straight down the ground to bring up a 50-run stand with a boundary to move to 18* and then cracks the last ball to mid-wicket for a single.

    18 off the over.

    The lead is 376.

I feel the next over might be the last for Surrey.

  19. 'Match nowhere near finishing soon in terms of Notts'published at 11:49 British Summer Time

Notts 77-5 - target 136 to beat Worcs

    Dave Bracegirdle
    BBC Radio Nottingham commentator

Certainly right now this match is nowhere near finishing any time soon in terms of Nottinghamshire at the rate they're scoring.

Talking about chalking them off, just getting there in little blocks of runs, but Notts haven't really even been able to do that this morning.

  20. Postpublished at 11:49 British Summer Time

Notts 77-5 - target 136 to beat Worcs

Tom Taylor is back in the attack.

He dismissed Notts captain Haseeb Hameed early on in the chase yesterday.

Ben Slater is squared up a bit at times but survives.

He plays and misses, then shoulders arms to see out the over.
