Adams eventually gets off strike by scrambling a single and Abi Norgrove rescues the over for Hampshire with a beautifully struck cover drive that rolls for four.

A single two balls later propels the Hampshire captain to her half-century from 78 balls - the fourth time she's been beyond 50 in this season's tournament.

Apart from a leg-side wide to begin the over, Lancashire will be pleased with those six - well, seven - deliveries from Grace Potts.

Four runs from the over, the bowling side will take that at this stage of the innings.

Abi Norgrove is off the mark with a single from her first ball, but that wicket has slowed the Hampshire momentum for now.

They've got 13 overs left but, if Georgia Adams stays in, then around 300 certainly isn't out of the question.

What a catch from Ailsa Lister to get rid of Freya Kemp.

For a moment the whole fielding side were wondering how on earth was that catch taken. Lister has taken that catch on her bootlaces.

It needed something special to get rid of Freya.

Lancashire could really do with breaking this partnership as, with only two wickets down, Hampshire will have full licence to hit top gear in the final 10 overs or so.

They might have had a wicket with a bit of luck just now, as Freya Kemp steers Grace Potts aerially towards the point fielder - but out of reach and the ball rolls across the rope.

Left-arm spinner Hannah Jones is back on as Lancashire continue to rotate their bowling options.

Jones was on the expensive side in her first spell, but this latest over goes for just three singles.

From a Hampshire perspective 300 from here would be a good total to get.

Lancashire will back themselves, it's a decent wicket, but 300 would be hard to beat.

Grace Potts grabbed the opening wicket in her first spell and Lancashire will be hoping the seamer can do something similar this time.

Potts overpitches, though, and Freya Kemp hammers her to the extra cover boundary, then smashes a shorter ball through the leg side for four more.

The Hampshire left-hander is starting to accelerate now after a quiet start and she's almost caught up Adams, with 35 at a run-a-ball.
