  1. dropped catch

    Dropped catchpublished at 28 overs

    Hants 137-2 v Lancs

Lancashire had a chance - albeit a tough one - to make sure Georgia Adams didn't stick around any longer.

Adams comes down the track and drives the ball straight back, hard at Fi Morris but the bowler is unable to hang on.

Maybe that unsettled Morris, who delivers an ugly full toss around shoulder height to Freya Kemp and is unsurprisingly no-balled but gets away with just one extra run conceded.

Another bowling change by Lancashire as off-spinner Darcey Carter enters the attack and makes a decent start - like the previous over from Fi Morris, it goes for three runs.

Both Georgia Adams and Freya Kemp are dangerous, though, if they remain at the crease for any length of time.

Fi Morris continues after the drinks break - and continues her miserly approach with the ball, giving away three singles.

I think it's a good platform for both. They will have gone into drinks sort of equally happy.

Lancashire needed the wickets to fall pretty much exactly when they did to make them feel like they were still in with a chance of dominating this game.

From a Hampshire point of view Maia Bouchier will be disappointed but she still kicked on and contributed with her 66 and now we've got Georgia Adams and Freya Kemp and this combination in the semi-final was quite remarkable.

  5. Halfway markpublished at 25 overs

    Hants 125-2 v Lancs

Freya Kemp is up and running with a classy cover drive off Mahika Gaur that flies to the rope and Hampshire make it through to the mid-innings drinks break at a rate of exactly five runs per over.

They'll be thinking about something in the region of 300 if they can keep wickets intact...

  6. Postpublished at 24 overs

    Hants 120-2 v Lancs

That wicket should lift Lancashire spirits again and Fi Morris follows it up with a tidy over.

Freya Kemp is off the mark with a single, but just one other run is gleaned from the over.

  7. 'Boy did Lancashire need that'published at 11:57 BST 21 September

    Hampshire 118-2 v Lancashire

    Scott Read
    BBC Radio Lancashire commentator

Maia Bouchier slumps forward with her bat and she can't quite believe she's done that. Chipped it right up towards Kate Cross who takes the catch.

Boy did Lancashire need that. They turned back to Mahika Gaur almost in a desperate bid to try and get rid of Bouchier if possible or at least break the partnership.

  8. wicket

    Bouchier c Cross b Gaur 66 (Hampshire 118-2 v Lancashire)

Mahika Gaur does the trick for Lancashire and Maia Bouchier is gone!

Gaur is back for a second spell and Bouchier clubs her for two leg-side boundaries but then plays a lazy shot to the final ball of the over and it spoons into the hands of Kate Cross at mid-on.

Freya Kemp is the new batter for Hampshire.

  9. Postpublished at 22 overs

    Hants 108-1 v Lancs

Another boundary for Maia Bouchier, who creams Fi Morris through extra cover and ensures a productive over for Hampshire.

Eight runs from it, although there's a close call for Georgia Adams, who is lured out of her ground by the spinner and Ellie Threlkeld is unable to snap up the stumping opportunity.

  10. 'Hampshire going along swimmingly'published at 11:48 BST 21 September

    Hants 100-1 v Lancs

    Rita Green
    BBC Radio Solent commentator

It was a loverly lofted drive to bring up Maia Bouchier's 50. Controlled, just one bounce and four.

The 100 is up as well and Hampshire are going along swimmingly.

  11. 50 runs

50 for Maia Bouchierpublished at 21 overs

    Hants 100-1 v Lancs

Georgia Adams picks up her first boundary, slamming Hannah Jones beyond long on and Bouchier follows suit with the final ball of the over.

Making room, Bouchier dispatches the ball mercilessly over the bowler's head and that brings her 50 at exactly a run a ball - as well as raising the Hampshire total to three figures.

  12. Postpublished at 20 overs

    Hants 89-1 v Lancs

Another bowling change as off-spinner Fi Morris comes on and serves up a rank full toss, but Maia Bouchier smacks it straight to the fielder at cover and has to settle for a single.

Morris seems to settle down after that initial long hop and gives away just one more run from the over.

  13. Postpublished at 19 overs

    Hants 87-1 v Lancs

Maia Bouchier had been stuck at the non-striker's end for a while, but she takes out some of that frustration on Hannah Jones, belting the first ball of her over to the boundary.

Nine from the over and Bouchier, on 44 not out, will be eyeing her sixth half-century of the tournament.

  14. Postpublished at 18 overs

    Hants 78-1 v Lancs

Georgia Adams hit an undefeated hundred in Hampshire's semi-final win over Surrey, but this has been a slow start from the home captain, with just four runs from her first 12 balls.

It's a decent over from Grace Potts, who looked a bit loose at the start but has settled in during her last couple of overs.

  15. 'Potts goes joint second in Lancs' wicket charts'published at 11:35 BST 21 September

It's now 14 wickets for Grace Potts in this year's competition, that puts her equal second in the Lancashire wicket charts with Fi Morris. Only Kate Cross with 15 has more.

  16. Postpublished at 17 overs

    Hants 76-1 v Lancs

Can Lancashire build on that first wicket now and stifle the Hampshire innings?

Good fielding by Seren Smale on the boundary saves runs as Georgia Adams sweeps the spinner. Five runs from the over.

  17. Postpublished at 16 overs

    Hants 71-1 v Lancs

Georgia Adams negotiates her first three deliveries from Grace Potts and the last of those flies off an edge for a single behind square.

That denies Potts a wicket maiden, but the 'wicket' part is the most important element of that equation for Lancashire.

  18. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 15.3 overs

    Southby c Cross b Potts 35 (Hampshire 70-1 v Lancashire)

    Lancashire have the breakthrough!

Rhianna Southby gets a top edge on that Grace Potts delivery and this time, her luck is out as it balloons into the safe hands of Kate Cross at mid-on.

That brings Hampshire skipper Georgia Adams to the crease.

  19. Postpublished at 15 overs

    Hants 70-0 v Lancs

Hannah Jones rattles through another over and doesn't give the batters a lot to work with.

Just three runs for Rhianna Southby, who has now overtaken Maia Bouchier with 35 to her partner's 34.

  20. Postpublished at 14 overs

    Hants 67-0 v Lancs

Grace Potts hasn't found her rhythm yet and pitches short a couple of times to Rhianna Southby - who again doesn't take full advantage.

There could have been a couple of boundaries there, so Potts will probably be glad to get away with conceding only six from the over.
