“We have been playing some good cricket and the boys are ready to go.
“We have been lucky enough to play these guys a lot, so we know each other very well.
“I guess everyone stepping out in that Tri-series was pleasing."
Pakistan captain, Mohammed Rizwan: “We want to go to the ball first.
“As defending champions, it adds a bit more pressure. We just played a series against these guys and this is a big tournament and we’re playing in Pakistan.
“In the Tri-Nation series [against New Zealand] we bowled and bat first. Hopefully, we don’t do these mistakes again.”
