  1. Postpublished at 20:13 British Summer Time 8 April

    Bristol City 0-0 West Brom

Sight of goal for the visitors as Karlan Grant's header back into the mixer is met by Kyle Bartley but his angled header is saved by Max O'Leary in the Robins goal.

  2. Postpublished at 20:13 British Summer Time 8 April

    Derby 0-0 Burnley

Burnley are starting to take a real stranglehold of this match.

First, good work from Marcus Edwards sees the winger weave into the box but he is unable to keep his shot on target.

Then moments later, a long ball from the back causes all sorts of problems in the Derby defence and Zian Flemming - in an almost carbon copy to Anthony's winning goal at Coventry on Saturday - hooks his leg in and steers a shot but it goes narrowly wide.

  3. Postpublished at 20:12 British Summer Time 8 April

    Norwich 0-0 Sunderland

It's been mainly one-way traffic so far and it's showing no signs of letting up.

Josh Sargent has scored in both his previous league starts against Sunderland and looks keen to make that three, picking up the ball just outside the box and firing off a shot which is just too close to Anthony Patterson.

  4. 'Dan James is on fire..'published at 20:10 British Summer Time 8 April

    Middlesbrough 0-1 Leeds

    Adam Lanigan
BBC Sport reporter at Riverside Stadium

Leeds could not have wished for a better start than to take the lead so quickly.

No sign of nerves here. A terrifically worked goal with Junior Firpo and Manor Solomon opening up Middlesbrough's right-hand side.

Dan James gets the goal, a 13th of his season and he nearly has a second as his shot is pushed away by Mark Travers.

The Wales winger is definitely deserving of 'Dan James is on fire' from the travelling fans to the tune of Bruce Springsteen's 'Dancing in the dark'.

  5. 'Leeds look so menacing'published at 20:10 British Summer Time 8 April

    Middlesbrough 0-1 Leeds

    Adam Pope
    BBC Radio Leeds commentator

    Leeds look so menacing.

After the result on Saturday, this is a great way to calm the nerves.

Either over the top, or down the sides, Leeds are finding the areas at the moment.

  6. Postpublished at 20:09 British Summer Time 8 April

    Watford 0-0 Hull City

The away side have responded well after nearly falling behind to Edo Kayembe's long range strike in the first minute.

Charlie Hughes and Matt Crooks have both threatened an opener for the Tigers.

  7. 'Burnley are just starting to turn the screw'published at 20:07 British Summer Time 8 April

    Derby 0-0 Burnley

    Glen Little
Ex-Burnley winger on BBC Radio Lancashire

The way this game is shaping up, it might be a tight one.

We know that Derby may not offer a lot, but this might be one of those games where Burnley have possession and try to break them down.

Burnley are just starting to turn the screw, Zian Flemming is looking dangerous.

  8. goal

GOAL: Sheff Utd 0-1 Millwallpublished at 20:06 British Summer Time 8 April

    Josh Coburn (21 mins)

    NOW THEN...

Millwall cut through the Blades defence with an incisive pass from Billy Mitchell finding Casper De Norre who controls and somehow gets the ball out from under his feet and into the path of Josh Coburn to absolutely hammer a 15-yard finish to Michael Cooper's left and inside the post.

What a hit. What a big goal for both teams...

  9. goal

GOAL: Preston 1-0 Cardiffpublished at 20:06 British Summer Time 8 April

    Milutin Osmajic (19 minutes)

    The hosts break the deadlock!

The ball somehow gets through to Montenegrin hitman Milutin Osmajic and from a tight angle he buries his first opportunity of the match past Ethan Horvath and then appears to shush the visiting supporters.

Bad start for the visitors who remember started tonight in the bottom three.

  10. CLOSE!published at 20:05 British Summer Time 8 April

    Norwich 0-0 Sunderland

Norwich continuing to press for an opener at Carrow Road and Jacob Wright has fired in a shot which Sunderland keeper Anthony Patterson might just have got a fingertip to to help it around the post.

So light was the touch the officials haven't spotted it and it's a goal kick to the Black Cats.

  11. CLOSEpublished at 20:04 British Summer Time 8 April

    Derby 0-0 Burnley

First big chance of the match goes to the visitors!

A lovely ball into the middle by Jaidon Anthony finds Zian Flemming, who is able to bring the ball down.

He turns and fires a left footed shot which is set for the top corner but it is brilliantly kept out by Derby keeper Jacob Widdell Zetterstrom.

  12. Postpublished at 20:03 British Summer Time 8 April

    Bristol City 0-0 West Brom

Some slick approach play from the Robins as Nakhi Wells whips in a low cross from the left, Max Bird meets it with a delightful back-heel into the path of Ross McCrorie, but despite scoring on Saturday, he isn't quite sharp enough and his drive is charged down by a defender.

  13. goal

GOAL: Middlesbrough 0-1 Leedspublished at 20:03 British Summer Time 8 April

    Dan James (2 mins)

ANOTHER early goal for Leeds and it is a dream start!

A ball is played into the inside left channel for Manor Solomon and he hits a firm low cross across the face that Dan James bundles in at the back post.

Goals in back-to-back games for the Wales international now.

Right now, the Whites are top of the table.

  14. goal

GOAL: Blackburn 0-1 Sheff Wedpublished at 20:02 British Summer Time 8 April

    Yan Valery (16 mins)

When it rains it pours for Rovers.

Blackburn have lost their past five in a row and they're going to need to find a way back into this if they're to avoid it being six in six.

Shea Charles hits a corner to the back post for Callum Paterson to head back across goal, keeper Aynsley Pears gets a hand on it in the Rovers goal but Yan Valery is there to nod it over the line from close range.

  15. Postpublished at 20:02 British Summer Time 8 April

    Derby 0-0 Burnley

Burnley winger Marcus Edwards is robbed of possession on half way, leading to a Derby free-kick which is headed into the danger zone but James Trafford eventually comes and claims the ball confidently for the visitors.

  16. ouch!

Postpublished at 20:01 British Summer Time 8 April

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Millwall

Couple of bumps and bruises in this one already...

United's Ben Brereton-Diaz needed treatment for an ankle knock in the early stages and now Millwall's Jake Cooper has taken a Rhian Brewster shot full in the face.

He'll be okay to continue... hardy lot down South Bermondsey way...

  17. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:00 British Summer Time 8 April

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Leeds

We're under way in the final game of the evening in the Championship as fifth hosts third.

I'm expecting big things from this one.

  18. Postpublished at 19:59 British Summer Time 8 April

    Bristol City 0-0 West Brom

First half-chance of the game as a cross from the Baggies left is nodded back into the middle by Adam Armstrong, peeling away beyond the far post, where Isaac Price allows the ball to run across his body before lashing in a left-footed shot which skews high and wide of target.

  19. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 19:58 British Summer Time 8 April

    Stoke 0-0 Luton

A penalty shout for the home side this time!

Excellent centre forward work from Sam Gallagher sees him set up Bae Jun-Ho and the South Korean goes down in the area under a challenge but again the referee gets it right and waves play on.

Moments later, Bae puts a dangerous cross in to the box which almost deceives Luton keeper Thomas Kaminski but the ball drifts just over the crossbar and out for a goal kick.

  20. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 19:57 British Summer Time 8 April

    Norwich 0-0 Sunderland

You can usually expect goals at Carrow Road and Norwich almost provided an early one.

Anis Slimane's far-post header from Marcelino Nunez's dinked cross from the left thuds the outside of the post.

The Canaries' bright start continues as Borja Sainz is denied by Anthony Patterson in the Black Cats goal.

No Jobe Bellingham for the visitors tonight, not even on the bench. No word as to why at present.
