Thelo Aasgaard gave Luton a lead four minutes after the break only for George Tanner to volley an excellent leveller.
Carlton Morris forced home a second for Luton before Isaiah Jones raced away to add a third.
back-to-back league wins for the second time this season for the Hatters who remain in the drop zone on goal difference.

A massive result and performance from the Pilgrims as they secure all three points.
A brilliant display from Mustapha Bundu who scored two this afternoon to help his side gather a huge three points.
It's incredibly disappointing from the Sky Blues who didn't look like scoring all game and seemed to run out of ideas by the end.
Results elsewhere mean they're still in the driving seat for the playoffs.
