    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

Monaco are threatening more in this second half. Vanderson has space on the right wing and should've put in a better cross, although he still wins his side a corner with Jakub Kiwior sticking it behind.

But solid handling from David Raya from the set piece to settle things down.

  2. 'Millimetres over the line'published at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 1-0 Manchester City

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It was millimetres over the line but that's what we've got the technology for, to work it out.

Vlahovic today, I'm very impressed with him. He has chased and harried away.

  3. Postpublished at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 1-0 Manchester City

How Manchester City need an equaliser here. Jeremy Doku and Rico Lewis have shots blocked. Defending is built into Juventus' DNA.

  4. Raphinha puts Barcelona aheadpublished at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

It has been coming and now Barcelona are 1-0 up at Borussia Dortmund thanks to Raphinha.

The visitors had the best chances in the first period and deserve that on the balance of play.

Over in Germany, Stuttgart are now 2-1 ahead against Young Boys thanks to Enzo Millot's second-half effort.

  5. Postpublished at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 1-0 Manchester City

Juve playing well now. Francisco Conceicao almost gets in behind and then Dusan Vlahovic's cross is headed wide by Nicolo Savona.

  6. Postpublished at 21:13 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 1-0 Manchester City

Juventus up to 14th, City down to 22nd.

  7. Postpublished at 21:12 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

Gabriel Martinelli on the left side of the penalty area looks to stand up a cross but it's too high for the onrushing Bukayo Saka and the chance comes to nothing for the hosts.

I can see that decision to keep Martinelli on coming back to bite Arteta!

    Kris, Eastbourne

Why on earth has Martinelli come out for 2nd half? Hope Arteta doesn't regret it.

  9. Postpublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

Monaco substitute Takumi Minamino sees the ball flicked up for him and he goes for glory, but the 30-yard dropping volley was always extremely optimistic and ends up somewhere in the Emirates stands.

  10. goal

GOAL - Juventus 1-0 Manchester Citypublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Dusan Vlahovic (53 mins)

    Oh my.

Ederson parries away Federico Gatti's acrobatic volley and Josko Gvardiol gives the ball away.

Kenan Yildiz swings the ball back in and Dusan Vlahovic's header from close range somehow squirms through Ederson and onto the line.

And the goalline technology says... it does cross the line.

    Manchester City are behind.

  11. Postpublished at 21:10 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 0-0 Manchester City

A draw keeps these teams 19th and 20th in the Champions League table. Not ideal.

  12. 'Zips the pass in'published at 21:09 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 0-0 Manchester City

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

That's more like Kevin de Bruyne. He gets into the wide area and zips the pass in this time to Gundogan.

    Much, much better.

  13. 'A warning and a let off for Arsenal'published at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

    Ally McCoist
Former Rangers striker on TNT Sports

Great delivery in from Camara and Kehrer is well onside. He should hit the target. It's a reasonable header but if it's on target it's a goal.

    That's a warning and a let-off for Arsenal.

  14. Postpublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 0-0 Manchester City

Kevin de Bruyne picks out Ilkay Gundogan in the box but his shot is blocked. Promising I suppose.

  15. CLOSE!published at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

A lazy trip from Jakub Kiwior gifts Monaco a free-kick and they nearly make it 1-1 from that. The ball is played to the back post and Thilo Kehrer gets his head to the ball but can only nod it just wide.

An early second-half warning for Arsenal.

  16. 'City nowhere near the force they were just a number of months ago'published at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 0-0 Manchester City

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

The one thing I would say to Manchester City fans. They have not been terrible but they are nowhere near the force they were just a number of months ago.

It's not back yet, 45 minutes and they've controlled parts of the game but it's a long way short of the Manchester City who were so dominant before.

  17. Postpublished at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Juventus 0-0 Manchester City

Juve win an early corner. It's half-cleared to Kenan Yildiz, who screws a shot off his foot which is heading for the corner flag before an offside team-mate controls it.

  18. KICK-OFFpublished at 21:04 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

Back under way at the Emirates.

Freezing at the Emirates. I should be happy and comfortable. Yet I'm not....Arsenal's lack of clinicalness will hurt them in season defining moments. We need a genuine No.9 in the January window.

    Imran, Arsenal fan

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:03 Greenwich Mean Time 11 December

    HT: Arsenal 1-0 Monaco

Ex-Liverpool and Southampton midfielder Takumi Minamino is coming on for Monaco as boss Adi Hutter looks to get his side back into this one. Soungoutou Magassa is the man hooked.

Gabriel Martinelli, lucky to not see a second yellow at the end of the first half, is back out there for the Gunners.
