  1. Postpublished at 20:46 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

This game is utterly chaotic now, and it's great. Phil Foden suddenly has a whole half to run into as the Brentford defence melt away but he's chased down well and the chance is gone.

Plenty of gaps, plenty of space, plenty of pace out there. Someone will surely bag.

  2. 'Brooks catches Cucurella'published at 20:45 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-1 Bournemouth

    Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Marc Cucurella tries to run past David Brooks but he is caught. Whether he tries to pull his hair or pull his shirt he does catch the Chelsea defender.

The opportunity to get Cucurella back for the first half challenge was a little bit too much.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:45 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-1 Bournemouth

Silly from David Brooks. He's pulled Marc Cucurella's hair and the Chelsea left-back has made sure referee Robert Jones knows all about it. It's not the worst thing you've ever seen and he's opted for a yellow card.

  4. VAR

Video Assistant Refereepublished at 20:43 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-1 Bournemouth

Marc Cucurella is down holding his face and rolling around. Looks like David Brooks has got him back for the one in the first minute.

The referee is going for a look at the screen...

    Marvellously measured, John.

If Liverpool lose this game they'll still be 3 points ahead with a game in hand. I think Slot would have taken that back in August. And Trent? Yes, a bit wobbly defending sometimes but he brings a touch of magic to the game. I wish him well whatever he decides to do.

  7. Postpublished at 20:42 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

Both sides still look dangerous when they attack without actually scoring - Bryan Mbeumo lashes over at one end before Erling Haaland loops a header straight at Mark Flekken at the other.

  8. 'Confident penalty from Kluivert'published at 20:42 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-1 Bournemouth

    Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It is a confident penalty from Justin Kluivert. Takes a couple of little steps, pauses and hits it hard into the corner. Robert Sanchez dives the wrong way.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:42 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-1 Bournemouth

Romeo Lavia picks up a yellow card for stopping a Bournemouth attack. The away side are full of confidence after that equaliser.

  10. goal

GOAL - West Ham 2-1 Fulhampublished at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Alex Iwobi (51 mins)

Fulham are back in it and early in the second half too.

Alex Iwobi curls in a delicious cross into the box which ends up in the back of the net and Raul Jimenez is claiming the goal for himself.

The Mexican might not have made a connection to it in the end, but he does enough to distract West Ham goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski to allow the ball to creep into the goal.

  11. Postpublished at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Nottingham Forest 1-0 Liverpool

That's as close as Liverpool have come, which is not that close really. Alexis Mac Allister fires in low from range and it nicks off Ryan Yates and flies wide.

  12. goal

GOAL - Chelsea 1-1 Bournemouthpublished at 20:40 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Justin Kluivert (50 mins)

Hammered home! No messing about from Justin Kluivert as he sends Robert Sanchez the wrong way.

    Game on.

  13. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

SO unlucky! Savinho does it all on his own, sprinting down the City left, powering into the area and poking in a low shot that bobbles across the face of goal and hits the base of the post.

You couldn't do much more and still not score...

  14. Postpublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth

Up steps Justin Kluivert, who has scored a hat-trick of penalties already this season.

  15. Postpublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    West Ham 2-0 Fulham

West Ham's Lucas Paqueta hits the floor in the opening minutes of the second half and the game is halted, albeit very briefly.

  16. PENALTY - Bournemouthpublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth

Well then! It's a penalty for Bournemouth for a clumsy challenge from Moises Caicedo on Antoine Semenyo.

  17. Postpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Nottingham Forest 1-0 Liverpool

That's what you call a shoulder charge as Murillo flattens Cody Gakpo, who then has a nibble at someone else in failed retribution.

    Forest getting under the skin.

  18. Postpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth

New England boss Thomas Tuchel is back at his old stomping ground tonight as he casts an eye over the English talent on show.

  19. Postpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Brentford 0-0 Man City

Fittingly following that musical intro this half has started like a basketball game. Nathan Collins heads wide and then Phil Foden runs down the right and has an effort blocked.

    Surely this can't stay 0-0?

  20. Postpublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth

Brilliant from makeshift right-back Moises Caicedo to get to the byline and drill a low ball across the box. No Chelsea player was there to finish, though.
