I’m not sure that’s a red card - Cook actually played the ball long before Nico arrives and runs into the follow through - Nico was the one who is late arriving…

Nico Gonzalez is hobbling after that challenge but looks like he'll be fine to continue. He was caught about halfway up his shin.

Lewis Cook may well say he got part of the ball but it's about how he follows through. I don't think he needs to follow through like that.

He goes high and catches Gonzalez halfway up his shin.

He can't have any complaints. I think it's purposeful from Lewis Cook, he knows what he's doing.

Is Ruben Dias going to get round? I think the distance is too great.

Evanilson is alert as ever. Kovacic has got to go, he knows.

Now Man City, from a position where they were coasting, have their work cut out.

The most important person at Palace over the next few months is Steve Parish. He needs to ensure they keep Eze, Guehi, Muniz, Mateta, etc stay (assuming Glasner is already captured), and then recruit for Europa quality additions 🤞

Man City have had a real problem with Rodri out this season. I see a similar problem next year with De Bruyne gone. He's still the conductor of that orchestra and still looks one of their best players.
