Leeds striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, speaking to BBC Match Of The Day: "It's a massive win. We knew what we were capable of going into the game. It's a big game even though it's early in the season. I think going 1-0 down we showed great character to turn it around, and then we had the confidence to play. The rest took care of itself.

"We were a bit frustrated with how we played in the second half and we should have took the game to them a little bit more. We didn't come out with the intention to sit back but that's the way it panned out. I think it showed our resilience to be able to defend deep. Next time we'll look to build on the momentum in the first half and not just look to sit back.

On his first goal: "Strikers feed off goals. It gives you confidence. For me getting that goal, it's nice to get my first one for the club and I'll look to build on it."

On pointing to his name with his celebration: "I think they [the Wolves fans] had a chant going. I heard my name, and I thought 'why are they singing my name?'. So obviously the best way to shut them up is score a goal at that end and point to my shirt."

Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham boss Thomas Frank speaking to Sky Sports: "I thought we looked extremely strong. I am very happy with the overall performance. It was potentially our best performance of the season. We dominated more or less throughout the game and created enough chances. We maybe lacked enough to create three or four big chances but the amount of crosses we were putting in... For me if there should have been a winner it should have been us.

"What I loved from the players was the mentality. This group came here last year, went 2-0 up and then lost 3-2, now we are 2-0 down and get 2-2, and we are closer to the three points.

"The physicality from the players was good. We played midweek and then to go again today just shows that they are fit and they are strong. I know we were 2-0 away from home against a good team that I respect a lot, Fabian Hurzeler I respect a lot. It is a fine point on a day where you go 2-0 down."

On if it was his favourite performance this season: "I would say so yes because the overall performance was there. We defended well except the 2-0 goal, first goal give a little credit to Brighton, besides that I think we gave nothing away. We created so many opportunities and dominated so overall I am happy with that."

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is in the directors box this afternoon.

The Manchester United minority shareholder did not look too impressed towards the end of last Sunday's defeat at Manchester City.

He met Ruben Amorim on Thursday and offered some reassurances about the future - although clearly Manchester United have to win matches.

After today's results, they will drop into the relegation zone if they lose today and Aston Villa beat Sunderland tomorrow.

Ruben Amorim has the worst win percentage in the league of any permanent manager in Manchester United's history.

He has won eight of his 31 Premier League matches in charge.

Jimmy Murphy, who is top of this list, was only a caretaker manager - and is a club legend having been at Old Trafford from the 1940s to his death in 1989 in various roles, including as Matt Busby's assistant.

James, Oldham: RE Rachel (at 16:40), the problem with Wolves is that since they sold their best players and have inadequately replaced them, they have been going down a downward spiral. I think this year is the year for them to go down. The relegation race this year is who joins them.

Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham midfielder Joao Palhinha speaking to Sky Sports: "We leave this stadium feeling really, really sad because in my opinion we completely deserved to win the game. What we showed from the first minute, we dominated the game, created a lot of chances and arrived to the last third in a good shape. We suffered two goals against the run of play, but that's football.

"At least what we can take is the mentality that we had fighting for the result. It's not easy, losing 2-0 away and after you get a draw in a tough stadium like this, against a tough team like Brighton. Again we leave with the feeling that we could have taken the victory. But now let's move on and focus on the cup.

"What I felt on the pitch is that we controlled the most part of the game. We did not suffer too many counter attacks, which is good against a team like this because they like to have the ball and create really good chances. We controlled the transitions, not the first one which resulted in a goal, but in the end we did a good game and we showed what we can do.

"This mentality needs to be there always regardless of the result. There are a lot of things for this team to keep improving but these improvements have come week by week."

Burnley

Burnley goalkeeper Martin Dubravka, speaking to BBC MOTD: "I was quite busy today but that's why I'm there, I was just trying to help my team-mates.

"It was difficult, considering the early goal. We needed to show character, we stuck together, we fought hard and one point - we need that.

"We are just trying to stay in the game, they have a lot of good players, they created a lot of chances but we defended well. The last two results were a bit hard on us but we showed the character and we fought hard."

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner speaking to Sky Sports: "[Tyrick Mitchell scored a] fantastic goal, he crowned his performance today. he defended so well.

"We did really well today, the only criticism is that we didn't decide the game when we could have done.

"We had some good situations in thebox when we didn't score. Then West Ham scored and the momentum changed.

"We struggled for a bit, but credit to the players.

"The goal for the next few months is to be more efficient in attack, be more clinical and take the chances that we have.

"We have a lot of potential, it's about being more consistent in decision-making. This is our foundation.

"Results are so tight in the Premier League, you always have to perform on your top level. It's so competitive, but we will prepare [for Liverpool] in the best way. We feel ready, but we will need a better performance than today to beat them."

Manchester United technical director Jason Wilcox braved the rain earlier to present Harry Maguire with a shirt to mark his 250th appearance for the club.

Wilcox attended a past players dinner on Thursday night, when he offered a rare insight into his views about life at Old Trafford.

It didn't sound particularly positive.

"I thought the club was in a much better place than it was," he said.

"The whole structure of Manchester United needed to change.

"I pray we get the opportunity to turn it around. I really feel it is not a case of will we win again but when we'll win again."

A strange summer for Jorgen Strand Larsen, who joined Wolves on a permanent deal - then tried to get a move to Newcastle which fell through - and then got a new contract just a couple of months after the other one.

Wolves

Wolves striker Jorgen Strand Larsen, speaking to PLP: "I think we are in a really tough spot right now. I am really disappointed in all of us. Nobody wants to be in this situation but nobody else can complain about it, only ourselves. We were 1-0 up and cannot give the goals away we did today.

"It kills us, and it kills the people who want to come into the game, too. It's about the mentality of the players and we need to do better and hopefully we can do it because this league is too tough to be playing like this. The goals we conceded were easy crosses and we had give away passes.

"I think the goal we scored shows the quality we have but then again we cannot only be good on the ball. Sometimes we need to win 1-0 at home, or 2-0, or not concede. That's about all of us.

"We need to change our mentality now it's going to be a long season. I believe in us, I believe in the manager. What we have is something special which we showed last season. We have the quality and just need to focus on the small details."

Mark: Great to see the impact Keith Andrews is having on the team. We are playing with more confidence and determination from what I've seen at games so far this season. I also like the way Andrews makes earlier substitutions. I'm confident we're going to have a good season.

Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest defender Nico Williams, speaking to Premier League Productions: "It was something I needed to improve on in my game - to get goals and assists. It's all about the team, if I am scoring it's going to help the team, it's going to make us better. We created a lot of chances, we couldn't put it to bed. Dominated for most of the game, shown glimpses of what's to come, but the end product wasn't there."

On his goal: "It happened quick, come on the edge so I shot and it went in. It was important to get the first goal. We know how organised Burnley are, they want to sit in and catch teams on the counter-attack. Very important to get the first goal, but the thing that killed us today was that end product."

On what Ange Postecoglou said in his half-team talk: "We needed to keep going, it's 1-1, we're not losing so keep doing what we were doing. Lots of positives to take and we will learn on the negatives and put it right for our European game."

On playing Real Betis before Sunderland fixture: "It's going to be tough, a lot of games coming up. We play, we review, we recover and then we play. A tough period but also an exciting period."

Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler speaking to Sky Sports: "In the moments that we conceded the goals, the timing was bad. I think how we conceded the goals was quite unlucky. Overall I was pleased with the performance. We created chances, had quite a few good transition moments, especially in the second half and we could finish the game earlier. In the end there were a lot of unlucky things.

"We have to be more ruthless sometimes. Be more stable in some moments. But we have to see the positives. We looked like a team with good energy, with good confidence and good togetherness, they are the basics we have to show every time on the pitch.

"We didn't look like we just wanted to defend. At 2-0 we wanted to go for the third goal and then at 2-2 we were the team that was going for the win, so I wouldn't say that we tried to cap the lead. We tried to create something and I saw that we created something."

"We saw two teams with a lot of energy and intensity so overall it was an even game. In the end we controlled it, we gave away the goals too easy but the energy and intensity was good, so I was pleased."

On Minteh's injury in the warm up: "It's good that he has the desire to go on. He wants to play. He had a small issue but I don't think it affected him when you see the performance."

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace striker Jean-Phillipe Mateta speaking to BBC Sport: "Very tired! I'm very happy, we needed that win and I think we deserved it. We are very happy as a team.

"We have a very good team, good team-mates, we trust each other.

"Every game is hard, we just believe and keep believing. T [Tyrick Mitchell] scored a fantastic goal.

"We are confident, we try to give our best and do what the gaffer asks. We work every week [on set-pieces] and try to get better and better every game.

"We have to stay focused and keep working."

It feels like with the protests this week that the fans want him [Graham Potter] out. It's going to be an interesting 48 hours to see whether the board come out and back him or make a decision.

There's clearly a lack of confidence in the team. When confidence is low it feels like the world is against you and that's where West Ham are at the minute.

Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest boss Ange Postecoglou, speaking to BBC MOTD: "It is always a tough game here. Really happy with certain parts, we controlled it well and their keeper pulled off some great saves. We lost a certain amount of control but disappointed we didn't take all three points. We had a couple of sloppy moments and it allowed them to get a bit of traction in the game. We still created enough chances to win the game.

"From seven days ago from when we played Arsenal, we look a different team and we saw elements of that on Wednesday night too.

"He [Martin Dubravka] was outstanding. Disappointed but at the same time, the progress in our play is the most posotive thing fro me.

On Igor Jesus: "He'll make more an impact as we go on. A lot of our new players come from a different league and it's not easy. Players like Igor, Bakwa, Ndoye. There's a lot of guys out there finding their feet out there.

On Europa League: "I'm really looking forward to it. It'll be great for this group of players. I have three years of experience in the Europa League. Last year went well but it'll be great for these players."

Altay Bayindir retains his spot in the Manchester United starting line-up.

I suspect that is a significant surprise to most United fans and once again raises question marks over the decision to spend £18.1m on Senne Lammens just before the transfer window closed.

Bayindir wasn't United's worst performer in the Manchester derby last week but he didn't really inspire confidence.

If Lammens is not starting today, when is he going to - and when he does, how much of a motivation will it be to whoever the opponents are in the knowledge it is an 'easier' game than the ones he has missed.
