    Watford 0-0 Blackburn

Scrappy opening nine minutes or so to start this half. Can either side find a bit more quality to turn it in their favour?

  2. 'A goal-saving challenge from Vyner'published at 13:44 British Summer Time 26 October

    Bristol City 0-0 Leeds

    Gary Owers
Former Bristol City midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

That is a goal-saving challenge from Max Vyner.

That was Leeds' best move of the game.

  3. Postpublished at 13:43 British Summer Time 26 October

    Coventry 0-2 Luton

Another big chance for the home side goes begging.

Daiki Hashioka just gets enough on a header to stop Haji Wright and the ball comes to Ellis Simms on the edge of the six-yard box, but he can't sort his feet out in time and it goes wide for a goal kick.

Coventry will be right back in this if they can just get that crucial first goal. Wright and Simms have looked dangerous all game.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:43 British Summer Time 26 October

    Watford 0-0 Blackburn

And another yellow card for Watford now as Edo Kayembe also says something to the ref after a foul on Yasser Larouci deep inside the Hornets half.

Presumably he was calling for Blackburn's Callum Brittain to be booked and in turn gets himself in the ref's notebook.

  5. Postpublished at 13:43 British Summer Time 26 October

    Bristol City 0-0 Leeds

    Off the line!

Leeds get in down the right and Dan James' cutback is straight into the path of Willy Gnonto and it looks for all the world like he's going to score by Max Vyner does brilliantly to get back and clear it off the line with goalkeeper Max O'Leary beaten.

  6. Postpublished at 13:41 British Summer Time 26 October

    Coventry 0-2 Luton

Coventry having a lot of the ball again in these early stages of this second period.

But the home side are struggling to create as the tempo of this game has really dropped from a hectic first half.

  7. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:41 British Summer Time 26 October

    Watford 0-0 Blackburn

Groans from the home crowd after Yasser Larouci goes down after a challenge from Callum Brittain but the decision goes the other way as Owen Beck is then fouled for Rovers moments later.

Giorgi Chakvetadze complains to the ref, feeling the call should have gone Watford's way for Brittain's initial tackle, and now he's picked up a booking.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:40 British Summer Time 26 October

    Bristol City 0-0 Leeds

Leeds midfielder Ao Tanaka is in the book for a clumsy foul on the halfway line.

  9. Postpublished at 13:38 British Summer Time 26 October

    Coventry 0-2 Luton

It'll be interesting to see how the pitch plays in this second half.

One of the sprinklers was shooting straight up in the air and has left the ground looking a tad soggy.

    Bristol City 0-0 Leeds

Leeds have won their past six games against Bristol City.

They had the better of things in the first 45 minutes today and they're on the front foot again in the opening exchanges of this half.

  11. 'We're hoping this game opens up'published at 13:37 British Summer Time 26 October

    Watford 0-0 Blackburn

    Derek Payne
Former Watford midfielder on BBC Three Counties Radio

There's only been two clear-cut chances.

One for Blackburn and the one that fell to Kwadwo Baah.

When he had that opportunity he got it all wrong, I think he got the flight all wrong.

He ends up stretching and it's a mess.

As the game goes on we're hoping things open up. From 60 minutes on it should.

  12. Postpublished at 13:36 British Summer Time 26 October

    Watford 0-0 Blackburn

Watford are unbeaten at home this season and Blackburn are winless on their travels.

Can Rovers inflict a first defeat at Vicarage Road on the Hornets or will Tom Cleverley's side continue their formidable home record?

It was a very tightly contested first-half. Big 45 minutes in the promotion race.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:35 British Summer Time 26 October

    Coventry 0-2 Luton

Mark Robins has sent on Jack Rudoni in place of Liam Kitching as Coventry try to find a way back into this game.

  14. Second halfpublished at 13:35 British Summer Time 26 October

And we're back under way in our three early games in the second tier.

  15. Postpublished at 13:34 British Summer Time 26 October

    HT: Coventry 0-2 Luton

Coventry had more than 60% possession the first half, and 11 chances.

But just three of those found the target, with the dogged Luton defence getting their bodies in the way of five.

They're going to need to start winning the aerial battle if they're going to continue to pump balls into the box.

The away side have won 17 duels in the air to Coventry's eight.

  16. Can Coventry turn this round for Robins?published at 13:31 British Summer Time 26 October

HT: Coventry City 0-2 Luton Town

    Ged Scott
BBC Sport at the CBS Arena

What has Coventry City boss Mark Robins got left in his locker?

This is such a cruel half-time scoreline.

Coventry trail by two goals at home to the team who ruined their Premier League dream at Wembley 17 months ago - the first of them a contentious penalty, the second of them to a goal from Elijah Adebayo that at least warmed everyone's hearts.

The Sky Blues have done everything but score, yet Luton lead.

That's football. But Robins, as much as anyone in football, knows just what happens when you don't win games.

The longest serving manager in the Championship has given so many half-time team talks - but he knows that, unless City turn this round, it could conceivably be his last.

  17. Blackburn whisker away from being aheadpublished at 13:29 British Summer Time 26 October

    HT: Watford 0-0 Blackburn

Dominic Hyam hits the bar for BlackburnImage source, Rex Features

Just looking back at Dominic Hyam's close-range effort for Blackburn that cannoned off the underside of the bar...

More than half the ball was over the line as it slammed into the turf, showing just how close Rovers were to taking the lead.

    Will they rue that miss?

  18. 'Decision making needs to be better from Leeds'published at 13:27 British Summer Time 26 October

    HT: Bristol City 0-0 Leeds

    Jon Newsome
Former Leeds defender on BBC Radio Leeds

Leeds' decision making in the final third needs to be better.

  19. 'The story of Coventry's season so far'published at 13:24 British Summer Time 26 October

    HT: Coventry 0-2 Luton

    Steve Ogrizovic
Ex-Coventry City goalkeeper on BBC CWR

Probably the story of Coventry's season so far.

There's been highlights when they go forward.

But likewise there's a lot to close your eyes and squirm.

Luton are 2-0 up but I don't think they are playing well.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:21 British Summer Time 26 October

    Coventry 0-2 Luton

Coventry City's Josh Eccles (centre left), Ben Sheaf (centre right) and Joel Latibeaudiere (right) react after Luton Town's Elijah Adebayo scores their side's second goal of the gameImage source, PA Media

    And that is half-time.

Coventry started the game brilliantly but were unable to make their early dominance count as Tahith Chong won a penalty for the away side with their first meaningful attack.

Carlton Morris stepped up to do the honours before his strike partner Elijah Adebayo finished a fine move to double the Hatters' lead.

A big second half needed from the Sky Blues to get back in this game.
