    Celtic v Kilmarnock (16:30)

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers tells BBC Scotland: "We've done had our celebration, the flag unfurling is a symbol of the work completed last season.

"It's a great day and it's great for supporters to reminisce about the achievements last season.

"This season it'll be more about consistency. We had a challenging six months, ultimately, it was about getting to the last 10 games of the season.

"Over the last 25 games, we lost one game.

"We are looking fit, strong, sharp and really good. It feels like a difference place than they were in six months ago.

"Kasper [Schmeichel] is very similar to Joe [Hart], both are experienced. Kasper is currently top class, captaining Denmark, 105 caps, he's still a world-class shot stopper.

"I'm excited for him because I know what Celtic will give him."

A long pause in play, which we think is down to the VAR kit being broken.

Brilliant finish from Idowu. He cuts inside with a trick, his right foot then unleashes a shot into the far corner.

They didn't play well in the first half but they couldn't ask for a better start to the second.

  11. HALF-TIME St Mirren 0-0 Hibernianpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 4 August

    A full-blooded, fiery first-half - but no goals.

Lots of fouls and four yellow cards meant has kept referee Matthew MacDermid busy.

Dylan Vente, meanwhile, will be wondering how he didn't put Hibs ahead. From all of three yards out, he couldn't bundle the ball home.

One worth checking out on Sportscene, that's for sure.

Hibs almost go in front - and it was an ex-Hibee who was nearly on the scoresheet.

Rudi Molotnikov does well down the left and fires a low cross into the box where Alex Gogic accidentally diverts the ball towards the bottom corner.

Thankfully for him, Ellery Balcombe is down sharply to turn it round the post.

  13. CLOSE!published at 15:37 British Summer Time 4 August

Toyosi Olusanya receives the ball in his own half, turns, and makes a beeline for the Hibs box on the counter.

He does well to stay on his feet and slides the ball to Roland Idowu, whose shot ripples the side-netting. Not far away.

Huge chance! Main got under it and put it over the bar.

McCracken does great with the volley pass. Murray does well to play it across but Main can't direct it in.

Big, big chance so late in this game for Dundee.

Great stop from Jack Walton as he gets something on Simon Murray's close-range stab.

Turns out, the Dundee striker was a smidge offside.
