We're getting six added minutes at Tannadice.

Loads of time for some late drama...

  2. 'Nobody settling for a point'published at 15:21 British Summer Time 4 August

    Dundee United 2-2 Dundee

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland defender on BBC Sportsound

I don't think either team is settling for a point. There's intent from both to try and get forward as quickly as they can.

  3. 'Bright start from Hibs'published at 15:20 British Summer Time 4 August

    St Mirren 0-0 Hibernian

    Kheredine Idessane

Good game, this, with Hibs in particular looking bright. Martin Boyle and Josh Campbell look in the mood, Rudi Molotnikov is dangerous coming in off the left.

  5. Postpublished at 15:17 British Summer Time 4 August

    St Mirren 0-0 Hibernian

Marvin Ekpiteta is caught out by a long ball that he heads awkwardly, and it allows Toyosi Olusanya to challenge for the ball.

The Saints striker nudges Ekpiteta off the ball but blazes over from 10 yards.

The assistant referee is flagging though. That was a foul from Olusanya. Let-off for Hibs.

  6. 'Long balls causing mayhem'published at 15:16 British Summer Time 4 August

    Dundee United 2-2 Dundee

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland defender on BBC Sportsound

You've got two strikers up there now in Murray and Main.

Murray looked out of it in the first half. All of a sudden he's finding space in behind and the United defence can't deal with him. Long balls in behind are causing mayhem.

No doubt about that booking as Declan Gallagher cleans out the charging Josh Mulligan.

Dundee are suddenly in the ascendency.

  10. What a miss!published at 15:12 British Summer Time 4 August

    St Mirren 0-0 Hibernian

We have a miss of the season contender nine minutes in.

Jordan Obita whips in a brilliant ball that bounces awkwardly across the six yard box. All Dylan Vente has to do is knock it into the empty net, but he lets the ball hit his shins and it loops up, allowing a Saints defender to get back and clear.

    How has he done that?

  11. 'Captain takes responsibility'published at 15:12 British Summer Time 4 August

    Dundee United 2-2 Dundee

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland defender on BBC Sportsound

Big pressure for the captain. He has taken the responsibility well. Dundee right back in this game!

  13. PENALTY TO DUNDEEpublished at 15:10 British Summer Time 4 August

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

    Spot-kick given.

It's a rash challenge from Ross Graham, who is booked.

  14. 'Penalty, if he's onside'published at 15:08 British Summer Time 4 August

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

    Steven Thompson
Former Scotland striker on BBC Sportsound

For me, that's a penalty if he's onside.

Onside. Now the referee is off to the monitor...

  16. PENALTY CHECKpublished at 75 mins

Ross Graham catches Simon Murray on the slide, but was the Dundee striker offside?

  17. Postpublished at 74 mins

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

Josh Mulligan and Curtis Main are on for Dundee now but the visitors are on the back foot, with a spot of panic stations in their own penalty area before the ball is hoofed away.

  18. 'Tiffoney shows first piece of skill'published at 15:05 British Summer Time 4 August

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland defender on BBC Sportsound

That's the first occasion that we've seen a bit of skill from any Dundee player there.

That's a bit more promising for Dundee.

  19. Postpublished at 72 mins

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

Much better from the visitors as substitute Scott Tiffoney wriggles away from a challenge near the touchline and weaves his way into the penalty area to have a shot.

It's blocked by a defender, although it looks like goalkeeper Jack Walton has it covered.

  20. Postpublished at 70 mins

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

Luke McCowan was superb for Dundee last season, but the skipper has just battered a routine cross out of reach of his team-mates.
