    St Mirren v Hibernian (15:00)

St Mirren will be in good spirits after making progress in Conference League qualifying with an emphatic 4-1 win over Valur on Thursday.

The Buddies will need to keep something in the tank for their next European mission against Brann, which will be a big step up.

After waiting 37 years to play in continental competition, they will want to hang about for as long as possible, but they can't take their eye off the ball on the home front.

Stephen Robinson limits himself to two changes as Scott Tanser and Caolan Boyd-Munce come in, with Jaden Brown dropping to the bench and Mark O'Hara missing out completely.

    Willie Miller

That would've been sublime. He's just trying to dink the goalkeeper but gets too much on it.

Had that ended up in the back of the net, it would have been special.

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

United playmaker David Babunski goes for a cute lob from 20 yards but the ball ripples against the top of the net.

Great idea, just a shade too much on it.

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland defender on BBC Sportsound

Miller Thomson is not looking like a youngster, he's playing with lots of confidence.

He has real good pace and he's direct when up against a dark blue jersey. He really is a handful going down that right side.

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

Ziyad Larkeche is shouting for a penalty but his shot inside a busy United penalty area thunders against the stomach of a defender in tangerine.

Big chance. Babunski has got to show more composure and hit the target. That's a couple of opportunities he's had and wasted.

  11. CLOSE!published at 30 mins

    Dundee United 2-1 Dundee

David Babunski is just falling back a bit as he gets a shot away from near the edge of the penalty area.

United are happy with the shape now they have the lead. They are going back into their back five.

I wouldn't say it's a high press but once Dundee advance into their half, that's when they press.

After yesterday's false start, the last 10 or 15 minutes have been superb.

We don't have to wait long for the second Premiership goal of the season as Seb Palmer-Houlden is in the right place to knock a loose ball home.

Jack Walton gets a hand to Simon Murray's low shot put can only push the ball straight to the forward on loan from Bristol City.

    Dundee United 1-0 Dundee

Quite a delay in the restart but it's nothing to do with VAR, it's because the air is thick with orange smoke from flares in the home ends.

Cool, calm and with a fair bit of accuracy. Van der Sande sets it up perfectly for Trapanovski. He does everything right and drives it into the far corner.
