There's some great artwork in the matchday programme as Manchester United celebrate their FA Cup victory in pictures.

There's also a "Good luck, Emma" message at the back as they analyse their opposition.

Accompanying the words is a picture of Emma Hayes and Marc Skinner walking out together before last season's FA Cup final.

United suffered defeat that day but beat Chelsea on route to their final victory this year - the first time they have beaten Hayes' side.

Will it be a similar story here today?

Everton take on Bristol City this afternoon and manager Brian Sorensen is keen to finish the season on a high.

The Toffees are eighth and while they cannot finish any higher, they could drop to 10th if they fail to win.

“It’s very important that we get a win and finish the season off on a high,” Sorensen said. “We can then go on vacation in good spirits and look forward to the new season.

“It has been a challenging season but I think overall, we have been happy with everything that we have been doing.

“Budget-wise, probably only Bristol City are lower in the league, so if we could end up in eighth position, it’s a great achievement for the girls.”

If you're wanting to face Manchester United now isn't the time - they are going to be on a real high - but how hard have they been partying this week after that cup final?

For me, I can't see anything but a Chelsea win, they have just got too much to lose. From a season that could have been the quadruple to potentially having nothing.

I have to see Chelsea coming here and winning.

  5. Ups and downs of Hayes' final season in Londonpublished at 14:44 British Summer Time 18 May

Man Utd v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Towards the end of March, there was talk of Chelsea winning the quadruple.

But their chances of picking up silverware halved in the space of 14 days following defeat in the Continental Cup final by Arsenal and a loss to Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-finals.

They came close again in April when they took a 1-0 lead into the second leg of their Champions League semi-final tie with Barcelona, only to lose 2-1 on aggregate.

It means it is all or nothing this afternoon.

I had that experience of knowing what it felt like to lose the title on the last day of the season and I think that really helped, valuably.

Both of these teams have been in this situation but this is where I think Chelsea will come out on top because they have won, been in this situation more times.

I think City have played superb football this season and in my opinion deserve to win league but Chelsea know how to do it when the big occasions happen and I can't see them letting this slip out of their hands today.

Emma Hayes will go down as one of Chelsea's greatest managers when she leaves the club at the end of the season - and her role in helping grow the Women's Super League must not be forgotten.

Chelsea announced in November that Hayes, who has been in charge of the Blues since 2012, will depart in the summer to pursue "a new opportunity outside the WSL and club football".

Her tenure has been nothing short of sensational, having wrapped up 13 major trophies, including four successive WSL titles between 2019 and 2023.

Widely regarded as one of the game's most influential coaches, Hayes was responsible for building a Chelsea dynasty that has seen them dominate English football for the past decade.

  14. 'I just want to win'published at 14:35 British Summer Time 18 May

Aston Villa v Man City (15:00 BST)

    Rachel Corsie
Aston Villa captain on Women's Football Weekly

I’ll be honest, I just see it as a game for us that we need to win. I’m too competitive and I just want to win. Naturally because I love football and I love the game, I have obviously looked that it could come down to goal difference and that actually factors in to how we prepare.

When you play a team which are very, very good and attack-minded, one of the best performing teams throughout the year, to play them in a game when goals matter and they’re going to try bombard you and be very dynamic and make it difficult. We need to be organised and disciplined if we’re going to get something out of that game which of course we want to.

Liverpool players celebrate in the WSLImage source, Getty Images

Liverpool have enjoyed a superb season in their second year back in the WSL and need just a point to guarantee fourth place.

That would be their highest league finish since 2016-17 and just their second top-four finish since they last won the title 10 years ago.

“We spoke about maintaining that focus this week because fourth still isn’t guaranteed with Manchester United’s goal difference,” manager Matt Beard said.

“For us, we want to finish this month with a perfect record if we can.

“From our perspective, we are playing well at the moment with and without the ball. We just have to make sure that we put in another professional performance, we continue with the work ethic that we’ve had and we give ourselves the best possible chance of picking up three points.”

Today's game at the King Power Stadium will also be Emma Koivisto, Mel Lawley and Shanice van de Sanden's last before they leave the club at the end of the season.

Miri Taylor, currently on loan at Aston Villa, is also leaving.

It's a HUGE boost for Emma Hayes to be able to start Mayra Ramirez up front alongside Catarina Macario.

Ramirez was injured in training following their Champions League semi-final first leg victory over Barcelona.

She was not in the squad on Wednesday so it has come as a surprise to see her in the side from the start.

Bristol City's stint in the WSL is ending after one season but head coach Lauren Smith insists their is positivity around the club as the season comes to an end.

The Robins have won one league game all season and Smith wants to reward the support of their fans by ending the campaign with another three points

“There’s an air of positivity around Saturday and the last game,” Smith said.

“From a team and a player perspective, the fans that we’ve had this year and the way that we’ve conducted ourselves as a club, we are very proud of. We feel that Saturday is an opportunity to really show our gratitude for that.

“We will always want to win. We’ve wanted to win at home all season and make sure that the fans see that. There’s no question in terms of our focus for it but win, lose or draw, it’ll certainly be an opportunity to say thank you to our wonderful fans.”

  19. 'Man City have been most in-form team'published at 14:29 British Summer Time 18 May

Aston Villa v Man City (15:00 BST)

    Ellen White
Former England striker on BBC Two

Manchester City would have liked to go under the radar. Last season they didn’t perform as well, coming fourth and not getting Champions League football.

But they have retained their squad and have built that connection. This season they have gone under the radar, performed very well, been the most in-form team and they looked like they pretty much had their hands on the trophy and then went and slipped up against Arsenal.

It’s a lot of pressure for them as a club to want to bring this title home. They need to put a big performance in against Aston Villa. They need to concentrate on three points but if they can score a few more goals that will bolster them.

I'm a bit shocked about Aggie Beever-Jones, she has been in great form with four goals in her last three games. She will be a bit gutted to be honest and [will feel] hard-done by.

But, she is also a great sub to come on with her pace, energy and she has got an eye for goal.
