    Hibernian 1-0 Rangers

    Debbi McCulloch
Former Spartans manager on BBC Alba

The first goal is always very important but we know the resilience that this Rangers team have.

They never ever give up, so Hibs will have to be switched on for the remainder of the half and ensure they keep Rangers quiet.

  2. goal

GOAL HIBERNIAN 1-0 Rangerspublished at 24 mins

    Eilidh Adams

    And Adams scores!

She scored two from the spot last weekend against Spartans, and she adds another to her tally for the season.

Hibs take a (sort of) shock lead at Meadowbank!

  3. PENALTY to Hibs!published at 23 mins

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

    Penalty to Hibs!

A Ciara Grant free-kick is played low into the edge of the box and Michaela McAlonie is caught by Kirsty Maclean just inside the area. The referee has no hestitation.

  4. goal

GOAL Dundee United 0-4 GLASGOW CITYpublished at 32 mins

    Brenna Lovera

It's a second for Lovera as, after a long spell of controlling possession, the ball pinballs around the United penalty box before falling perfectly for her to power home.

  5. Can Wilkinson make the difference?published at 18 mins

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

In 10 starts, the English striker has scored 18 goals for Rangers. She didn't hit the target last week against Glasgow City - can she end her mini-drought today?

  6. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Hibernian 0-0 Rangers

The wind has really picked up in the last five minutes at Meadowbank, and it's blowing at Rangers' backs.

So far, that means they've been over-hitting passes straight out for goal kicks. Who can get to grips with the conditions quicker?

  7. CLOSE!published at 16 mins

    Dundee United 0-3 Glasgow City

That should have been a fourth for City. Confusion in the box as Mowatt and her defenders scramble for the ball, which falls for Lovera - but with the goal wide open, she manages to lift her shot over the bar.

  8. Postpublished at 7 mins

    Hibs 0-0 Rangers

Kirsty Howat is slipped in behind but Erin Clachers produces a big save. The flag is up to deny here anway.

It's looking like it'll be a busy day for Clachers early doors.

  9. goal

GOAL Dundee United 0-3 GLASGOW CITYpublished at 12 mins

    Natalia Wrobel

    And that's three.

Wrobel blasts home a long range from outside the box to put City comfortably ahead with just 12 minutes played.

They're back at the top of the table.

  10. KICK-OFFpublished at 4 mins

    Hibs 0-0 Rangers

And our final kick off of the day is under way at a windy Meadowbank.

Rangers have started brightly, with Olivia McLoughlin almost getting in behind.

  11. goal

GOAL Dundee United 0-2 GLASGOW CITYpublished at 8 mins

    Brenna Lovera

This has the makings of a long evening for the hosts.

Lovera turns home from just inside the box after nice play down the left to put City 2-0 up.

  12. goal

GOAL Dundee United 0-1 GLASGOW CITYpublished at 7 mins

    Lisa Evans

It was probably inevitable really, but from the free kick for Rennie's red card Lisa Evans drills past substitute Mowatt into the net to get her first since returning from injury.

  13. Potter explains Lafaix inclusionpublished at 16:12 British Summer Time 20 October

    Hibs v Rangers (16:10)

Rangers boss Jo Potter tells BBC Alba: "We're in a good position in the league, it's important to not forget that. We need to make sure we come out of this unscathed.

"It's important going into an international break with a good performance and three points under your belt.

"It's took us a while to get Camille [Lafaix] up to speed, it was always going to take her a while coming from the French league. She came in late in pre-season but she's trained well this week and she can bring something different."

  14. RED CARD Beth Rennie (Dundee United)published at 4 mins

    Dundee United 0-0 Glasgow City

As if Dundee United's task against City wasn't already tough, goalkeeper Beth Rennie has been shown a red card just minutes into the match for handling outside the area.

Beth Mowatt will come on in her place, but it's absolutely not the start the league's bottom side would have wanted.

  15. Postpublished at 16:10 British Summer Time 20 October

    Hibs v Rangers (16:10)

Hibernian manager Grant Scott tells BBC Alba: "There's no hiding the fact it's a step up, no disrespect to the other teams. It's a real challenge for us today.

"We have an enforced change, Stacey [Papadopoulos] has been unwell so we've taken no chances. It's not a day for taking risks. The players have been playing well and deserve to keep their places at this moment in time.

"We know we can compete with the top teams, it can be difficult to have that belief."

  16. 'A cracking game' ahead at Meadowbankpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 20 October

    Hibs v Rangers (16:10)

    Debbi McCulloch
Former Spartans manager on BBC Alba

We're in for a cracking game, based on both teams' recent form.

Both teams will want maximum points. Hibs are scoring some really good goals, but can they deal with Rangers defensively and show the composure required to dominate the ball?

Hibs won't roll over and have their bellies tickled.

Rangers have a point to prove after losing the league last season. They're cautious in approaching games this season.

  17. Watch Hibs v Rangers here on BBC Albapublished at 16:04 British Summer Time 20 October

    Dundee United 0-0 Rangers

We are under way at Foundation Park where Dundee United - who only have three players above the age of 20 in their line-up - host a strong City side.

Ten minutes later, Hibs and Rangers kick off in Edinburgh and remember you can watch that at the top of this page.

  18. FULL-TIME Celtic 1-0 Spartanspublished at 16:00 British Summer Time 20 October

So Celtic get the win, but the one-goal margin is not what they expected.

Morgan Cross' ninth-minute volley was expected to be the first of many, but a resilient Spartans showing kept it to just one goal, spearheaded by the fine performance of keeper Alicia Yates.

Celtic remain fourth, before Glasgow City and Rangers kick-off - which will happen shortly.

  19. Postpublished at 95 mins

    Celtic 1-0 Spartans

There's a delay in play as Alicia Yates goes down after bravely collecting a through ball ahead of Maria McAneny.

She's back up, and can only watch as Saoirse Noonan has a great chance... but blazes it over the bar.

  20. Postpublished at 84 mins

    Celtic 1-0 Spartans

Celtic just cannot find a second. Saoirse Noonan tries again, turning in the box and firing one straight at Alicia Yates.

It's worth saying Spartans will happy with a 1-0 loss, too. Yates is content to waste time and dally on the ball.
