    Blackburn 0-0 Leeds

The promotion-chasing visitors are starting to turn the screw as Willy Gnonto's effort is turned behind by Rovers goalkeeper Aynlsey Pears for a corner.

The Whites can't get a meaningful effort away but they're well on top now.

  3. 'Hull just really aren't going anywhere'published at 13:48 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 2-0 Hull City

    Mark Drury
    BBC Radio Tees commentator

The injuries have just taken a sting out of the game and Middlesbrough are 2-0 up and are looking comfortable. The word Michael Carrick doesn't like.

Hull just really aren't going anywhere and they are really walking a tightrope.

Dominic Sadi's effort for Carlisle in the second minute of their game against Crewe is the only goal we've had in an hour of play in League Two so far this afternoon. It remains 1-0 to the hosts at Brunton Park.

Fleetwood's clash with Colchester at Highbury is still goalless.

  5. Postpublished at 13:46 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Blackburn 0-0 Leeds

The away side make their first real chance of the day after some lax play from Blackburn.

Willy Gnonto gets in one-on-one but Aynsley Pears stays big to deny the Italy international.

    He'll want that one back.

  6. Postpublished at 13:45 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Oxford 0-1 Millwall

Oxford venture forward but they can't make anything of it. Idris El Mizouni works it out wide to Przemysław Płacheta who sees his cross blocked.

It's been a pretty comfortable 10 minutes for the visitors since the break.

  7. Postpublished at 13:43 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Watford 0-0 QPR

This is a very open game at the minute, helped by QPR trying to adjust to Watford's refreshed attack.

Vakoun Bayo drives the ball into the side netting for the Hornets after a clever team move.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:43 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Blackburn 0-0 Leeds

Yuki Ohashi's header thunders back off the crossbar from Callum Brittain's excellent volleyed cross.

The home side can't convert the rebound and Leeds get away with it.

  9. Postpublished at 13:41 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Watford 0-0 QPR

This match has a very familiar sound to it.

That sound is the repeated cannoning of the ball onto the legs of a Watford defender.

It has happened about a dozen times in this game so far.

That includes twice just now as first Koki Saito - and then Sam Field - cannot make the most of QPR's good shooting opportunities.

  10. Postpublished at 13:41 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Oxford 0-1 Millwall

A lot of play in the central area of the pitch in the opening seven minutes of the second half at the Kassam Stadium.

The onus, of course, will be on Oxford now to try and get back in this game.

  11. Postpublished at 13:39 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 2-0 Hull City

Visiting keeper Ivor Pandur makes a good reaction save to stop Lewie Coyle scoring an own goal from Ben Doak's low cross.

  12. Postpublished at 13:38 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Watford 0-0 QPR

Watford substitute Kwadwo Baah is straight into the thick of the action.

His cross from the right is blocked, but a moment later, he climbs high and launches a header towards QPR keeper Paul Nardi after Giorgi Chakvetadze delivered a dangerous cross from the other side.

  13. Hull need to not concede again early on...published at 13:38 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Middlesbrough 2-0 Hull City

    Mike White
    BBC Radio Humberside commentator

The last thing Hull need to do is concede another early goal in the second half, if they do it could be a few.

Middlesbrough have scored four, five and six in that order recently.

Pretty even first few minutes at Ewood Park, as the away side go on their first real foray forward.

The Whites will go back to the top of the table with a win today.

  15. Postpublished at 13:36 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Watford 0-0 QPR

Quite the signal from Watford boss Tom Cleverley as two changes have been made for the second half.

Kwadwo Baah, who started midweek but dropped to the bench today, replaces Edo Kayembe in midfield.

Winger Rocco Vata is also on in place of defender Francisco Sierralta, so that means the Hornets are playing a more attacking formation, no longer with a back three.

  16. Postpublished at 13:35 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Oxford 0-1 Millwall

A couple of changes at the break - one for each side.

Will Vaulks has been replaced by Idris El Mizouni for Oxford and Josh Coburn is off for Millwall, who bring on Tom Bradshaw.

That second goal was massively important. We said in terms of possession, Hull have had lots of it. But that possession hasn't really hurt us, we have been comfortable with them having the ball.

Michael Carrick would love his team to have a little bit more possession and a little bit more control, it hasn't been the case. But we are hurting them from the 18-yard box and the halfway line. Hull haven't been clinical enough.
