    Sorba Thomas (48 mins)

The Potters are level early on in the second half!

Million Manhoef gets a shot away inside the area which is parried out by Norwich keeper Vladan Kovacevic and the rebound is hammered home by Stoke winger Sorba Thomas into the top corner from an angle, giving Kovacevic no chance.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:09 BST 27 September

  3. Postpublished at 16:07 BST 27 September

    Preston 0-0 Bristol City

A little bit of housekeeping to update you on from Deepdale.

Late on in the first-half, Preston wing-back Pol Valentin had to be withdrawn due to injury and was replaced by Odeluga Offiah.

Ben Whitehead also received his side's first yellow card of the game for a foul on City forward Anis Mehmeti.

An early sight of goal for Southampton skipper Adam Armstrong in the second period but his shot is well over the bar.

We're still waiting for the breakthrough.

  6. Postpublished at 16:05 BST 27 September

    Southampton 0-0 Middlesbrough

    Marc Webber
BBC Final Score commentator at St Mary's Stadium

Southampton’s free-scoring legend Matt Le Tissier is in the stands today.

How the Saints could do with someone with as much precision in this match.

Finn Azaz sliced wide with no pressing defenders in front of goal and Joshua Quarshie was handed a free header which he nodded into the ground and not the goal in added time.

  9. 'Ipswich took control of the game'published at 15:58 BST 27 September

    HT: Ipswich 2-0 Portsmouth

    Mick Mills
Former Ipswich and England captain on BBC Radio Suffolk

Ipswich are doing well, their two, three touch football was good, it was tight, the control was good, the movement was good. It was just a matter of time as to when it was going to develop and we were going to take charge of the game.

We did take control of the game. But everyone that comes here and watches Ipswich knows the left-hand side is pretty good.

I am amazed that any team can come up here and with the amount of staff Portsmouth have working behind the scenes that they can't tell their team that the left side of Ipswich is a threat.

  10. 'Excellent goal separates sides'published at 15:56 BST 27 September

    HT: Stoke 0-1 Norwich

    Sanny Rudravajhala
BBC Radio 5 Live at Bet365 Stadium

Lots of frustrated home cries across that first 45 minutes.

Stoke started the brighter but you've got to say, Norwich's goal was excellent.

It was the only real time that Liam Manning's side have managed a sustained period of possession, and a well-worked team move was finished into an open goal by Jovon Makama for his second of the season.

It's getting stretched though and both sides had late chances going into the break, a decent contest so far.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 BST 27 September

    Charlton 1-0 Blackburn

Substitute Macauley Gillesphey has headed the Addicks into a half-time lead.

Harry Pickering has hammered a free kick over the bar for Blackburn and Thomas Kaminski has denied Yuki Ohashi.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 BST 27 September

    Southampton 0-0 Middlesbrough

    Goalless at the break.

Matt Targett has found the post with a free kick for the leaders while Southampton's Ryan Manning drilled a deadball wide of the post.

    Very even.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 BST 27 September

    Stoke 0-1 Norwich

Half-time and the Canaries lead at the Bet365 Stadium.

Jevon Makama's strike from less than a yard out gave the visitors a lead against the run of play but since then they have settled and fizzled out Stoke's momentum.

Will Mark Robins turn to his bench at the break? He has options including veteran Steven N'Zonzi and youngster Jamie Donley among others to rely on as susbstitutes.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 BST 27 September

    Ipswich 2-0 Portsmouth

It could be worse for Portsmouth who were rocked by an early goal from Jaden Philogene with his fourth goal in two games.

The home side swarmed all over the visitors with further efforts from Jens Cajuste and George Hirst.

Pompey finally found a toe-hold and Yang Min-Hyeok might have levelled but was denied by Alex Palmer when through one-on-one.

But Hirst then added a second from close range to make it more comfortable for Ipswich.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 BST 27 September

    Oxford 0-0 Sheff Utd

Bottom side Sheffield United have now failed to score in 12 successive halves of league football.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:48 BST 27 September

The away side are a goal to the good at Vicarage Road and it could and perhaps should be more.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:48 BST 27 September

    Preston 0-0 Bristol City

It's half-time at Deepdale and we remain goalless.

Bristol City have probably shaded the first 45 minutes with Preston keeper Daniel Iversen making four good saves in the first period.

The closest we've come so far was when Anis Mehmeti's strike from just outside the box had to be tipped around the post by the Dane.

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:48 BST 27 September

    Sheff Wed 1-0 QPR

Sheffield Wednesday have their first home league goal of the season and, as it stands, are moving out of the relegation zone.

  20. CLOSE!published at 15:47 BST 27 September

    Preston 0-0 Bristol City

Another couple of attempts from Bristol City.

Zak Vyner's long-range effort is blocked before captain Jason Knight stings the palms of Daniel Iversen.
