If both Liverpool and Mikel Arteta's Arsenal continue to keep winning their games, then the Reds will seal the Premier League title at Chelsea on 4 May.

Liverpool took another step closer to equalling Manchester United's record of 20 top-flight titles with a keenly fought 1-0 victory over Merseyside rivals Everton at Anfield.
Diogo Jota's second-half strike proved enough to seal a 22nd victory of the campaign, which moved the Reds 12 points clear of closest challengers Arsenal with eight games remaining.
