Celtic have a better chance of signing Casper the Friendly Ghost, who, let’s face it, would still be better than half the current squad.

Lyndon Dykes trained with Scotland earlier today
Hibs are still hoping a deal can be struck with Birmingham City for striker Lyndon Dykes.
However, there is now interest from Aberdeen and at least two English Championship clubs in the Scotland international.
Dykes is part of Steve Clarke's squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers away to Denmark and Belarus.
One player who now looks destined to remain at Easter Road after the window closes at 23:00 BST this evening is Elie Youan.
The pacey winger was left out of the matchday squad against St Mirren on Sunday, with a deal to Hibs' European conquerors Legia Warsaw almost concluded.
However, the deal collapsed earlier today and, as things stand, he will remain at Easter Road with a year left on his contract.
But there is another Scotland striker catching Aberdeen's attention.
And he's also got interest from Hibs...

Priority for Aberdeen is a striker, but we also need more leadership in the team. Too many shrinking violets in our squad who chuck the towel in too quickly. Recruitment has been a problem for too long now.

Get Kevin Nisbet in the door first and foremost along with an experienced left-back. Pushing it a bit, but another goalkeeper would also be good. Seems to be a lot more departing than players coming in. Come on Dave Cormack, get the cheque book out!
Stevie
Deadline day is now damage limitation for Aberdeen as we have gone so far backwards since the cup win. A team with promise has been dismantled and duds and "project" players now fill the squad. Pathetic. Of all the positions that need improved, a couple of strikers who have actually scored goals would be priority.
Les
A proven goalscorer is a priority. Aberdeen are so toothless up front and recent signings have had no impact whatsoever. A creative, energetic midfielder is also needed as there is not enough quality within the group.

Dons fans, would you like to see striker Kevin Nisbet make a return to Aberdeen?
Get on those thumbs...

It should be a "quite busy" deadline day at Pittodrie.
Those were the words of Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin in the aftermath of Sunday's 1-0 Scottish Premiership defeat to Falkirk.
"We have identified things we want to improve," explained the Swede.
Having played three league games, lost them all and failed to score a goal, at least one striker will be top of the shopping list.
And don't be surprised if the Dons add to other areas of a squad that appears light in numbers for the rigours of both domestic and European competition over the coming months.
In terms of players heading through the exit door, Shayden Morris has already departed for Luton and there may well be others who follow.
Millwall frontman Kevin Nisbet, who spent a successful spell on loan at Pittodrie last term, has long been linked with a return to the club.
However, it is looking like the Dons may well be priced out of a move for the player who netted 14 goals for Aberdeen.
After putting us through that Old Firm derby yesterday, Celtic and Rangers should probably apologise to their fans by spending a trillion between them.
Anyway, let's get to Aberdeen.

Nico Raskin is expected to remain at Rangers
Meanwhile, Rangers are working to get two signings over the line. One is Everton striker Youssef Chermiti.
The 21-year-old came through the ranks at Sporting Lisbon before a big-money move to the Premier League.
They also have Canada defender Derek Cornelius in the building, hoping to seal a move from Marseille.
Oscar Cortes has already left on loan to Sporting Gijon, while Cyriel Dessers is expected to move to Greece with both Panathinaikos and AEK Athens vying for his services.
As for Nico Raskin, who was left out of the squad for the derby draw with Celtic, word is he's staying at Rangers.
He's currently with the Belgium squad and viewed as one of the Ibrox club's prime assets.

If Celtic don't get [Kasper Dolberg] over the line, the natives are certainly going to be restless.
It's been a really disappointing start to Celtic's season.
They need a centre-forward in badly, at least one, and they need players in the wide areas.
Celtic fans, will Kasper Dolberg be in green and white by the deadline?

There could be three or four new faces arriving at Celtic this evening, with Anderlecht striker Kasper Dolberg and Hammarby winger Sebastian Tounekti targets.
However, there are strong suggestions Dolberg could now be heading back to former club Ajax.
Celtic are also looking at Sekou Mara from Strasbourg and Crystal Palace winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, who has been linked with Rangers.
Adam Idah and Yang Hyun-Jun are expected to head out.
Will Celtic get a deal for Kasper Dolberg over the line?
Right, where to first?
Let's see what's happening with Glasgow's big two, I suppose.
