The second-halves are getting under way at St Mary's and the Kassam Stadium.

QPR v Millwall will be a few minutes behind.

Will Derby click into gear in their battle with Oxford? Can Southampton find a way past Swansea?

    We'll find out shortly.

    HT: QPR 0-2 Millwall

    Jamal Fyfield
St Albans defender on BBC Radio London

It's a perfect away day for Millwall so far.

In all honesty, in all the 45 minutes of sustained pressure from QPR, we knew they needed a goal, we sensed that something could come for Millwall. The team talk now is a tough one from Julian Stephan.

Millwall have just been content in defending, QPR need to do something a bit different now.

What did you make of your side in that first half then?

    QPR 0-2 Millwall

    QPR dominant, Millwall lead.

Visiting goalkeeper Max Crocombe, on his league debut for Millwall, was tested inside the opening 30 seconds to keep out a rasping shot from Paul Smyth.

The same player also hit the bar as the home side swarmed all over the visitors.

But Paul Nardi also did superbly to tip over a Will Smallbone effort and despite all their possession and territory, QPR fell to a sucker punch.

Billy Mitchell's ball over the top was perfect for Femi Azeez and he tucked home at the second time of asking after his initial shot was saved.

Mihailo Ivanovic then got in at the far post in stoppage time to nod home a second for the visitors.

A brilliant London derby, can't wait for the second 45.

  5. 'QPR are shellshocked'published at 13:22 BST 18 October

    QPR 0-2 Millwall

    Jamal Fyfield

Wow. Stunning stuff. This QPR team are shellshocked.

Azeez once again, on that left foot he posses so much quality. He whips it into the danger zone and the QPR defence just stood still as Ivanovic touches it in.

That half-time team talk from Julien Stephan will be a totally different one now.

    Wow!

A cross bounces through to Mihailo Ivanovic who nods home a second goal and his first of the season for Millwall.

    QPR fans are stunned.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:19 BST 18 October

    Oxford 1-0 Derby

The home side lead - but could be made to rue those missed opportunities.

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:19 BST 18 October

    Oxford 1-0 Derby

What a save! But Oxford really should double their lead. The ball is nodded down to Michal Helik inside the area, he's all on his own strikes it well on the bounce but it's too central and Jacob Zetterstrom can paw it away!

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:18 BST 18 October

    Southampton 0-0 Swansea

Southampton easily the most threatening but will their inability to take a first-half lead come back to bite them?

The Saints have had a number of chances, with both Adam Armstrong and Cameron Archer missing big to keep the scoreline goalless.

Without a doubt though, Swans boss Alan Sheehan will be displeased with his side's toothless performance and will be looking to turn up the heat in the second.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:17 BST 18 October

    Southampton 0-0 Swansea

Saints winger Leo Scienza has easily been the star man for Southampton.

He's caused Josh Key so many problems and Swans captain Ben Cabango needs to come to his rescue to halt the Southampton man.

It's cynical though and earns Cabango a yellow card, giving Scienza the chance to deliver in a free-kick in a relatively tasty area.

He goes direct but it's got nowhere near enough to test the Swans keeper.

  11. Postpublished at 13:17 BST 18 October

    QPR 0-1 Millwall

We're going to have at least an extra four minutes tacked onto the end of this first period.

  12. Postpublished at 13:15 BST 18 October

    Southampton 0-0 Swansea

The sighs at St Mary's are increasing.

Leo Scienza slices in a great ball towards Adam Armstrong but it takes a nick off Swans keeper Lawrence Vigouroux, seemingly enough to put the forward off.

It's an open goal but Armstrong's touch sends it wide much to the frustration of the home crowd.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:14 BST 18 October

    Oxford 1-0 Derby

Another hefty challenge in midfield sees Oxford full-back Jack Currie go into the book. Ebou Adams came off worse in that one but again there was plenty of ball won. It's getting a bit tetchy...

Welington gives away a needless free-kick in the final third after giving Ronald a little shove in the back.

It gifts Swansea a rare chance to mount a real attack, delivering high and connecting with a black shirt.

It's enough to make Saints keeper Alex McCarthy wary as he tips it over the bar but the referee awards the stopper a goal kick for naughtiness in the box to put an end to that.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:12 BST 18 October

    QPR 0-1 Millwall

Another Millwall yellow card as Jake Cooper takes out Richard Kone wide on the right.

Again the Lions struggle to deal with the free kick but eventually escape.

  16. 'One chance is all it took'published at 13:10 BST 18 October

    QPR 0-1 Millwall

    Jamal Fyfield
St Albans defender on BBC Radio London

We spoke about the pressure QPR had been putting on the Millwall backline, we said it only takes one chance for Millwall and that's exactly what happened.

It's a beautiful touch from Azeez. He hit it low and hard, it was a great save from the keeper but he made no mistake on the rebound.

  17. ouch!

    Oxford 1-0 Derby

Ebou Adams slides in and makes a hefty challenge on opposite captain Cameron Brannagan, he wins the ball but gets plenty of Brannagan's ankle too.

No foul, and Brannagan needs some treatment but he should be OK.

  18. goal

GOAL QPR 0-1 Millwallpublished at 13:08 BST 18 October

    Femi Azeez (36 mins)

    Against the run of play.

They've been under the pump for 95% of the game but Millwall get their noses in front.

A brilliant ball over the top from Billy Mitchell finds Femi Azeez in space and although Paul Nardi blocks his first effort he tucks home the rebound for his second goal of the season.

How do QPR react to that?

  19. CLOSE!published at 13:06 BST 18 October

    Oxford 1-0 Derby

Great chance! Should be two for Oxford. Siriki Dembele threads a lovely little pass into Nik Prelec, who turns Matt Clarke well with his first touch but then leans back and slams a shot into TGI Friday's over the road.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:06 BST 18 October

    Southampton 0-0 Swansea

The first warning goes to Marko Stamenic, having his name scribbled in the book for a foul on Cameron Archer.

Swansea have had to do much more defending than attacking so far. Really lacking any kind of threat.
