Just before that save, City goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma had his arms stretched out and was bellowing at his defenders.

    Chelsea 1-0 Brighton

    Laura Kenyon
BBC Final Score reporter at Stamford Bridge

Brighton cannot complain about being behind, but they are well within their rights to be frustrated with one particular incident. Their best attacking move thwarted by the referee.

Yasin Ayari arriving top of the box, about to unleash the shot, totally unmarked but blocked off at the crucial moment by the referee’s back.

Chances have been few and far between for Brighton so you can imagine the reaction of the players and the away fans.

    Man City 1-1 Burnley

    John Bennett
BBC Final Score reporter at Etihad Stadium

There are some frustrated Man City fans around me, they can’t believe their team isn’t running away with this game. They’ve completely dominated but credit to Burnley who took their first chance.

Some of the City supporters are not happy with some lacklustre passing from certain players, like Nico Gonzalez who’s in the Rodri role today.

What looked like an easy City win has turned into a contest.

It's a quick decision and backs the call of referee Rob Jones not to point to the spot.
