  1. goal

GOAL: Reading 1-1 Huddersfieldpublished at 13:00 British Summer Time 28 September

    Harvey Knibbs (30 mins)

A great response on the pitch from the Royals.

Harvey Knibbs picks the pocket as Huddersfield struggle to clear the ball on the edge of the box and he failry rifles his shot past Jacob Chapman high into the net.

A fine finish from Knibbs, but goodness me, this obsession to play football in all areas, we see so many goals conceded now that are entirely self-inflicted.

  2. Reading fans stage another protestpublished at 13:00 British Summer Time 28 September

    Reading 0-1 Huddersfield

    Tim Dellor
    BBC Berkshire sport editor

This is the moment for protest at 18 minutes with the red cards.

The Reading fans standing with red cards being shown to invite owner Dai Yongge to leave the club.

    Crawley 0-1 Bolton

Crawley are actually bossing the ball which is a bit of a surprise against a team like Bolton, who also prefer a possession-based game.

But no shots on target yet for the home side.

On-loan Southampton midfielder Cam Bragg drags an effort wide as they try to get back into the game.

  4. goal

GOAL: Harrogate 2-1 Bradfordpublished at 12:59 British Summer Time 28 September

    Andy Cook (28 mins)

Somebody clearly has woken-up Bradford - maybe it was that second goal from Harrogate?

There's no substitute for experience and Andy Cook it is who gets the visitors back into it as he nicks the ball off defender Anthony O'Connor and he races away to score.

    Walsall 0-0 Colchester

The home side are living a bit dangerously as first Lyle Taylor charges down Tommy Simkin's clearance but the ball flies wide.

Samson Tovide then breaks away down the right but he can only find a Walsall defender at the near post with his cross.

  6. Postpublished at 12:56 British Summer Time 28 September

    Reading 0-1 Huddersfield

It's not shaping up into a good afternoon for Reading and the long suffering Royals supporters.

They had been protesting against the despised ownership of Dai Yongge after 18 minutes - the number of points deducted during his reign - and now they are behind on the pitch.

It can't be an easy atmosphere for the Reading players to perform well.

  7. goal

GOAL: Harrogate 2-0 Bradford Citypublished at 12:53 British Summer Time 28 September

    Ellis Taylor (22 mins)

Someone tell Bradford the game has started!

Harrogate are dominating this one and it's a third goal of the season for Ellis Taylor which doubles the home side's lead as he's on the end of James Daly's cross.

  8. goal

GOAL: Reading 0-1 Huddersfieldpublished at 12:52 British Summer Time 28 September

    Matty Pearson (21 mins)

A first game of the season and a first goal of the season for Matty Pearson.

He is replacing injured Poland defender Michal Helik - a defender with an eye for goal - and Pearson fulfils the role perfectly!

A brilliant free-kick from Antony Evans is pushed onto the bar from David Button, but Pearson is fastest to the rebound and heads in from a couple of yards.

  9. Postpublished at 12:51 British Summer Time 28 September

    Walsall 0-0 Colchester

It's taken 17 minutes but we finally have our first serious shot on goal as Walsall's Ryan Stirk has a go from distance but the shot flies wide.

  10. Postpublished at 12:50 British Summer Time 28 September

    Crawley 0-1 Bolton

Almost a second for the visitors.

Dion Charles is in the mood for goals after his hat-trick last week and his effort is pushed behind for a corner by Jojo Wollacott.

    Reading 0-0 Huddersfield

    Paul Ogden
Huddersfield Town commentator, BBC Radio Leeds

A great bit of goalkeeping from Jacob Chapman, he's looked really assured so far.

    Reading 0-0 Huddersfield

Lively wing play from Kalvin Ehibhatiomhan as he gets past the full-back and sends in a devilish cross looking for Sam Smith.

But it's fine goalkeeping from Jacob Chapman to come off his line and claim it. He'll be very pleased with that after his late call-up to the side.

  13. Postpublished at 12:48 British Summer Time 28 September

    Harrogate 1-0 Bradford

    Tim Steere
BBC Radio York's Harrogate Town commentator

It's been a brilliant start for Harrogate Town.

I think a big reason as to why Bradford City haven't got going yet is because they've hardly had the ball.

  14. Postpublished at 12:48 British Summer Time 28 September

    Walsall 0-0 Colchester

These two are still feeling each other out with neither goalkeeper seriously tested.

Colchester started well, forcing two free-kicks around the 18-yard area and a corner but with no end product.

Walsall have now got themselves into the game and are growing into it.

  15. Postpublished at 12:46 British Summer Time 28 September

    Reading 0-0 Huddersfield

BBC Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor has linked all Reading's problems back to 29 May 2017 - that Wembley play-off.

It is probably a fair point as they subsequently overspent in chasing that Premier League dream.

Now head coach Ruben Selles is hoping and praying that a takeover can happen sooner rather than later.

  16. Dooley doing the businesspublished at 12:45 British Summer Time 28 September

    Harrogate 1-0 Bradford

    Paul Bolland
Ex-Harrogate midfielder on BBC Radio York

    It's a different Stephen Dooley.

He deserves that goal because he's been Town's best player in the last few weeks.

  17. Postpublished at 12:44 British Summer Time 28 September

    Crawley 0-1 Bolton

Ben Gladwin is taking charge of Crawley this afternoon as interim manager following Scott Lindsey's departure to MK Dons.

He has picked an unchanged line-up but it's worth mentioning that there are only two players in the team who played in that League Two play-off final in May.

It is basically a new team.

  18. goal

    Stephen Dooley (11 mins)

You can't say it hasn't been coming with the start Harrogate have made and they get themselves in front as Toby Sims supplies the cross for Stephen Dooley to apply the finish.

  19. Postpublished at 12:40 British Summer Time 28 September

    Harrogate 0-0 Bradford

    Tim Steere
BBC Radio York's Harrogate Town commentator

Within the first five minutes Harrogate Town are more up for this than they were against Crewe.

Harrogate lost 3-0 to Crewe last Saturday

  20. Postpublished at 12:40 British Summer Time 28 September

    Walsall 0-0 Colchester

A quiet opening to this one with Colchester failing to make the most of two decent set-piece situations on the edge of the box.

Walsall have defended well but we are yet to really see them as an attacking force.
