GOAL: Oxford 1-0 Bristol Citypublished at 13:45 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Greg Leigh (59 mins)

This is a strange goal... but it's the breakthrough for Oxford!

Cameron Brannagan sees his effort from distance blocked and it deflects into the path of Greg Leigh on the left of the area.

Leigh hits a first time cross-shot and it goes through everyone, across the box and into the far corner.

Max O'Leary was rooted to the spot in the Bristol City goal, perhaps anticipating a touch that never came. The 10 men are behind and the task just got a whole lot tougher.

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:45 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

A super double save from Conor Hazard as West Brom come closest to scoring by far.

A deep corner is headed back across by Mason Holgate for his central defensive partner Thorbjorn Heggem.

His acrobatic effort is parried by Hazard, who is also sharp to hold Mikey Johnston's follow-up.

    Excellent work from Hazard.

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

Great defending from Maksym Talovierov again as he stops Mikey Johnston in his tracks.

As the ball goes out for a throw-in, the Ukraine defender again clenches his fist towards the home fans.

    Love it!

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Not a bad first 10 minutes of this second half in truth for Bristol City. They've weathered some early pressure from Oxford and will be happy to play out a cagey affair given the circumstances.

The Us are still yet to create a clear-cut chance. Just two shots on target for the hosts so far.

  5. 'The ball is bouncing high for both sides'published at 13:41 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

    Peter Rhoades-Brown
Former Oxford and Chelsea winger on BBC Radio Oxford

The ball is bouncing really high out there.

We know the pitch is in good nick but it's bouncing high for both sides.

  6. Next up Liverpoolpublished at 13:41 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

It's worth remembering that the next visitors to Devon after today are Liverpool.

The Premier League leaders will be down for the FA Cup fourth round tie next Sunday, which should be a big occasion for all associated with Plymouth.

  7. Postpublished at 13:40 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

Norwich lose possession on the edge of the box under great pressing from Yasser Larouci.

The ball falls to Giorgi Chakvetadzebut he opts to find a team-mate instead and it breaks to Edo Kayembe who blazes way over the bar.

The Watford man should have done way better there.

Despite some good moments the hosts have yet to force a save from Angus Gunn.

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:39 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Hang on a minute... Bristol City aren't keen on the idea of sitting back all half.

They get it forward and it drops to Mark Sykes about 25 yards out who hits a lovely half-volley towards goal but Jamie Cumming is across well to parry it behind.

Rob Dickie then gets on the end of the City corner but heads it wide of the near post.

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Will Vaulks fizzes in a teasing ball from the right for Oxford but it ricochets off a few bodies before Bristol City manage to hack it clear.

Here come the Us again, though, with another ball into the box but City get it away again... going to be a long half for the visitors.

Oxford look like their plan is to pepper the box with balls in. Will they be able to break down the Robins?

  10. Postpublished at 13:37 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

No changes yet at Vicarage Road despite that red card before the break.

The Hornets are staring at a fourth straight home defeat unless they can turn it around.

  11. Postpublished at 13:36 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

That is sharp goalkeeping from Alex Palmer as he races off his line to beat Matthew Sorinola to Callum Wright's through ball.

Palmer has not been too busy this afternoon so far, but what he has had to do, he's done with real assurance.

  12. Postpublished at 13:35 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

You can definitely see what Plymouth have been working on in training this week - defending.

That first half showed them to be a far harder nut to crack than earlier in the season under Wayne Rooney, but on the flip side, they struggled to create much in attack after a brief early flurry.

Maybe Rami Al Hajj can provide a spark.

  13. Postpublished at 13:34 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Oxford United look to get on the front foot right from the off.

The hosts win a corner and Michal Helik flicks it on at the near post but it flies over the bar.

Presumably a lot of this game will now be played in the Bristol City half...

  14. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:34 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

It's for the home team as Rami Al Hajj comes on in place of Michael Baidoo.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 13:33 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Bristol City boss Liam Manning has made two changes at half-time, likely responding to his side being down to 10 men.

Free-kick specialist Scott Twine is off, as is striker Nahki Wells, bringing to an end his 200th league appearance for the Robins.

On come Max Bird and Sinclair Armstrong.

Off we go for the second half in our lunchtime fixtures.

Two of the six sides are down to 10 men. Can Bristol City hold on for a point? Can Watford come from behind with a man less against Norwich? And will we see the deadlock broken at Home Park?

Well, we're about to find out...

  18. 'The ref had to send Bayo off'published at 13:24 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    HT: Watford 0-1 Norwich

    Chris Goreham
    BBC Radio Norfolk commentator

    The referee had no choice.

He had to send Vakoun Bayo off.

  19. 'A great advert for the Championship'published at 13:23 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    HT: Watford 0-1 Norwich

    Leon Barnett
Former Norwich defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

This has been a great advert for the Championship with both teams needing the win.

It could have gone either way but Norwich have taken their chance plus having the extra man.

Norwich have to keep their head but not come off the gas, they have to keep the pressure of Watford.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:20 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-1 Norwich

After a flurry of Watford chances in stoppage-time, Lewis Smith calls half-time.

The home fans continue to boo the referee for refusing them a penalty and sending their man off.

Norwich have had the edge in a cracking half of attacking football, with Josh Sargent netting just moments after Vakoun Bayo was shown a straight red card.
