There is half an opportunity for Callum Wright as the ball is slipped into him, just outside the box and there is no offside flag.

But he miscontrols and the chance is gone - that sums up how the game has drifted.

And finally we have a shot, but West Brom's Alex Mowatt's 25-yarder is optimistic and flies over the bar.

  2. 'Oxford are moving the ball around well'published at 12:59 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

    Gary Owers
Former Sunderland & Bristol City midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

Bristol City started quite brightly but Oxford have come into it now and are applying the pressure.

They are moving the ball around well without troubling Max O'Leary.

City have kept the ball well at the back but there's not been much up top yet.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:56 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

Watford boss Tom Cleverley shakes his head after he receives the first yellow card of the match from referee Lewis Smith.

He's not happy after Hornets penalty shouts were waved away when Vakoun Bayo went down under a challenge from Kellen Fisher.

An intriguing battle is being contested in midfield at the Kassam Stadium this afternoon.

Oxford's Cameron Brannagan, once of the Liverpool youth set up, is up against Bristol City's Joe Williams, who used to play for Everton's youth academy.

The pair played against one another in an under-21 Merseyside derby way back in 2015, as pictured above!

Brannagan made three first team appearances for the Reds, while Williams never broke into the senior side for the Blues.

Some bragging rights up for grabs again today.

  5. CLOSE!published at 12:53 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

    Great response from Watford.

After some patient build-up, Ryan Andrews stands up a cross into the middle and Vakoun Bayo times his run well to meet it six yards out.

But he heads a glorious chance narrowly over the bar.

    Cracking game.

  6. Postpublished at 12:53 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

After that early positivity from Plymouth, the game has fallen into a bit of a lull.

We haven't actually had a shot at goal, never mind on target, in the opening quarter.

  7. 'Norwich's movement has been fantastic'published at 12:50 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

    Leon Barnett
Former Norwich defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

The movement off the ball from Norwich has been fantastic.

You can see what has been said by the manager has been taken on board.

  8. Postpublished at 12:50 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

Kellen Fisher sends a cross towards the six-yard box after some lovely slick Norwich build-up, but the Hornets cut it out.

The Canaries had no attempts on target in their last two away games but have already managed three in the opening 20 minutes here, and seven attempts in total. They fancy this.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:49 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Bristol City midfielder Joe Williams is brought down by Greg Leigh just inside the Oxford half and the ref shows him a yellow card.

One booking apiece for each side's respective left-backs inside the first 20 minutes.

  10. CLOSE!published at 12:48 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

This is by far the closest we've come to an opening so far!

Peter Kioso turns nicely in the area for Oxford and flashes a fantastic ball across the face of goal.

Mark Harris rushes into the six-yard box and tries to connect but can't quite get anything of it. Any touch and that was the opener for the hosts...

  11. ouch!

Postpublished at 12:48 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

We have a stoppage at Home Park as Tom Fellows needs treatment.

He has taken an accidental boot into the nose from Tymoteusz Puchacz and the claret is flowing.

A familiar sight in the Six Nations this weekend and we wait as Fellows makes his way across to the touchline to collect his new shirt.

  12. Norwich on toppublished at 12:47 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

Norwich force back-to-back corners and it's another super chance as Callum Doyle is left all alone at the back post.

Shonky marking, but the goalbound header is blocked.

From a third corner, Jacob Sorensen then works himself space to head goalwards, but Jonathan Bond pushes the effort around the post.

The Canaries are piling on the pressure and Watford are really struggling to deal with balls into the box.

  13. 'A bit of a scrappy start'published at 12:46 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

    Peter Rhoades-Brown
Former Oxford and Chelsea winger on BBC Radio Oxford

This has been a bit of a scrappy start.

There's not been a lot of football played.

  14. Postpublished at 12:44 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Nahki Wells manages to bring it forward for Bristol City and makes it all the way inside the Oxford area on the left but the Us defence get back in well to snuff it out.

No real clear chances for either side yet. Both a little loose in possession in the final third thus far.

  15. Postpublished at 12:42 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

West Brom have got Jed Wallace playing furthest forward, but with Grady Diangana, Tom Fellows, Mikey Johnston and John Swift in the team, the Baggies have plenty of attacking options.

But they are on the back foot in these early stages.

Alex Palmer makes a save to keep out Adam Randell from a narrow angle, but the flag is up for offside.

  16. Postpublished at 12:39 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

Six attempts on goal in the opening seven minutes as Watford midfielder Giorgi Chakvetadze tries to pick out the far top corner, but it's slightly too high.

There's so much room for both sides to advance into.

  17. Postpublished at 12:39 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Oxford 0-0 Bristol City

Luke McNally gives the ball away for City inside their own half as Przemyslaw Placheta pounces for Oxford and drives forward.

He eventually feeds Siriki Dembele who gets into the area on the left and tries to pull it back across goal but Max O'Leary is out well to claim in the Robins goal.

  18. CLOSE!published at 12:38 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Plymouth 0-0 West Brom

What a cross that is from the left from Tymoteusz Puchacz!

It's almost too good, if that is possible, in that there is no touch on it from either attackers or defenders as it whizzes through the box from the Pole's left boot.

The home fans are enthused to see their side on the front foot early on, though.

  19. Postpublished at 12:37 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

An open start to this game as Watford respond by winning back-to-back corners.

With the second, the visitors do just about enough to clear as Giorgi Chakvetadze swings one under the bar.

Sloppy play from the Hornets then allows Lewis Dobbin space to have a pop from range, but he doesn't catch it well and it's an easy save.

These sides usually serve up plenty of goals - 16 in their last three meetings.

  20. 'Good attacking start from both teams'published at 12:36 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February

    Watford 0-0 Norwich

    Leon Barnett
Former Norwich defender on BBC Radio Norfolk

Very good so far from both sides so far.

Both teams seem to be very attacking.
