Well... here's somewhat of a surprise. Bottom side Burton Albion have managed to get back on even terms against third-place Wycombe Wanderers to end the half 1-1.

A draw would be a big result but can they snatch all three points for the first time this season against one of the most in-form clubs in the league?

Mansfield, Barnsley and Cambridge United all lead their respective games 1-0 against Wigan Athletic, Charlton and Stevenage.

It's been a hectic first-half in the match between Peterborough and Blackpool, with the Posh - never shy of scoring or conceding goals - 3-1 up.

Meanwhile it's goalless in the remaining five matches between Crawley Town and Lincoln City, Leyton Orient and Rotherham, Stockport and Northampton Town and Bristol Rovers and Shrewsbury.

  2. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 22 October

    Barrow 1-0 Notts County

Barrow lead at the break through Rory Feely's goal.

The home side had the better of the first half but Notts County did come into it towards the half-time whistle.

  3. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 22 October

    Birmingham 1-0 Bolton

It was the kind of dominant performance we've come to expect from the league leaders as they finish the first-half a goal ahead but perhaps a little perplexed on how it's not more.

Blues got off to a strong start after a striking goal from Tomoki Iwata put the home side ahead and in the mood to claim a fifth successive win at St Andrew's.

Yet after having 77% of the possession and a disallowed goal from Alfie May, they will be wondering why it's just the one goal that separates the two teams as they head to the tunnel.

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 British Summer Time 22 October

    Wrexham 0-0 Huddersfield

No goals in north Wales and all a bit cagey if we're honest.

One shot on target from Wrexham defender Ryan Barnett, which brought a fine save out of Huddersfield goalkeeper Jacob Chapman.

The Terriers have not shown too much going forward.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 22 October

    Exeter 0-2 Reading

An excellent first half so far for Ruben Selles' Reading.

Those goals for Jayden Wareham and Michael Craig have the Royals halfway towards a first away win since April.

  6. Postpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 22 October

    Birmingham 1-0 Bolton

There's FOUR added minutes to the first-half. Four long, long minutes if you're Ian Evatt watching Birmingham apply the pressure.

He will be a happy(-ish) man should his side enter the tunnel at half-time just the one goal down.

    Barrow 1-0 Notts County

    John Thompson
    Former Notts County captain

Great strike, a little nutmeg in there as well by Tsaroulla.

This is much better by Notts, we're causing them problems.

That Barrow defense has been untested so far so it's good to see them now under a bit of pressure.

  8. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 22 October

    Birmingham 1-0 Bolton

    Things are getting heated now.

Birmingham City's Ethan Laird is brought to ground and is no hurry to get up as he holds the ball in his arms.

The Bolton players aren't happy and are attempting to drag him up so in comes the referee to calm things down.

  9. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 22 October

    Exeter 0-2 Reading

Exeter really need to get a foothold back in this game and Finland international Ilmari Niskanen is close to it as he shoots just over from the edge of the box.

His wait for a first goal in English football goes on.

  10. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:28 British Summer Time 22 October

    Birmingham 1-0 Bolton

It was only a matter of time before a Blues player met the net and this time it's Alfie May.

The man up front controls the ball well on his first touch and sets up a dazzling strike from the right-hand side to beat out Luke Southwood.

It's another stunning goal for Birmingham but the flag is up for offside and Bolton let out a sigh of relief.

    Barrow 1-0 Notts County

Barrow are still the side creating more chances in this one.

They go close again as they break and Ged Garner hits one from distance which is held by Alex Bass.

And just before Ben Jackson saw a low shot from the edge of the area go just wide.

Notts County's Nick Tsaroulla did have an effort from 20-yards out after some good work but was denied by Wyll Stanway.

    Barrow 1-0 Notts County

    Dave Bracegirdle
    BBC Radio Nottingham commentator

Tsaroulla's ball in, Brown got a touch to it but it was foiled by the keeper.

By far the best move of the game by Notts.

  13. Postpublished at 20:24 British Summer Time 22 October

    Birmingham 1-0 Bolton

Bolton are struggling to get into the game, holding just 26% of the possession, but Blues haven't been able to capitalise past their opening goal.

Keshi Anderson is heading for goal, eyes on the ball after a cross in from Tomoki Iwata but keeper Luke Southwood reads the play and gather it in his safe hands.

On-loan Rangers defender Johnly Yfeko had come up with a crucial clearance for Exeter to prevent them falling two down.

But it is a temporary reprieve.

Michael Craig is the man on the spot to score from a rebound after Joe Whitworth had saved the first effort from Lewis Wing.

It's a first senior goal for the defender in his 55th club game.

Newport lead Gillingham 2-0 who have lost their last four games.

Second from bottom Bromley are in front at second-placed Doncaster through Ben Thompson.

League leaders Port Vale are goalless at Harrogate.

AFC Wimbledon v Morecombe, Fleetwood v Crewe and Tranmere v Grimsby are also all 0-0.

Just over half an hour in and it's already a thriller between Peterborough and Blackpool.

Blackpool pull one back after a tap-in from Kyle Joseph but there's no time for the away fans to finish their applause before Kwame Poku's up the other end making it 3-1.

Meanwhile Mansfield Town are 1-0 ahead against Wigan Athletic after a powerful strike into the top corner from Will Evans.

Cambridge United are also a goal up against Stevenage in their 1-0 affair.

  17. Postpublished at 20:16 British Summer Time 22 October

    Wrexham 0-0 Huddersfield

Wrexham are starting to increase the pressure here. Dan Scarr heads one chance over as the Red Dragons look to move in front.

Remember, they have won five out of five this season at home and won their last four league games last season.

Tranmere were the last team to come away with any points back on 16 March.

  18. Postpublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 22 October

    Birmingham 1-0 Bolton

Now an injury concern for Bolton Wanderers as Kyle Dempsey is down on the pitch.

He goes to the sidelines after treatment and seems like he wants to play on.

Meanwhile Blues have a free kick but it's sent well above the bar, much to the glee of the away fans.

  19. Postpublished at 20:12 British Summer Time 22 October

    Exeter 0-1 Reading

Exeter were caught in their own half for Jayden Wareham's goal and they don't seem to have learned their lesson.

A pass is intercepted and the move ends with Kalvin Ehibhatiomhan having his shot deflected over.

  20. Postpublished at 20:10 British Summer Time 22 October

    Barrow 1-0 Notts County

Barrow are pressing Notts County in search for a second.

Robbie Gotts plays it across to Kian Spence, who hits a low shot from distance but it's blocked.

And just after, Spence has a free-kick on the edge of the area which is saved well by Alex Bass who tips it behind.
