    St Johnstone 1-1 Hibernian

Josh Campbell's header hits off the top of the St Johnstone crossbar from about six yards out.

If a winner's going to come in this win it looks like it'll come from the visitors.

Next up in the queue of Hearts players to miss chances?

Yan Dhanda. Alan Forrest tees up his fellow substitute, but his effort is past the far post.

  3. Leak off for Countypublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

Charlie Telfer is on. Not a like for like change, we'll see who moves back.

  4. Postpublished at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Hearts 1-0 Moitherwell

Now Kenneth Vargas should end it as a contest. Another near-post ball finds the Hearts striker, but he misses it completely.

How Hearts have not won this game by now is beyond me.

  5. Postpublished at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    St Johnstone 1-1 Hibernian

So close to a second for Hibs! The ball pinballs around the St Johnstone box after a great save from Josh Rae to deny Nectar Triantis before Dwight Gayle's shot is deflected wide.

Rae and Jack Sanders appear to have picked up knocks in the process, but both are back to their feet to defend the Hibs corner.

  6. Postpublished at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Hearts 1-0 Motherwell

It's all a bit nervy at Tynecastle now. Motherwell haven't had many chances, but Hearts are retreating a bit.

The memories of the Dingwall collapse are still fresh. Can they hold on?

  8. Postpublished at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Kilmarnock 2-0 St Mirren

Almost a chance for St Mirren to get one back.

Scott Tanser's free-kick is volleyed over the top by Alex Iacovitti.

Replays show Iacovitti was offside in any case.

  9. goal

GOAL St Johnstone 1-1 Hibernianpublished at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Dwight Gayle

    All square again in Perth.

There was a wee bit of confusion as to whether Dwight Gayle was onside or not but the goal stands.

It's a nice finish from the veteran, who sticks out a foot to guide the ball beyond Josh Rae into the bottom corner.

Jordan Amissah has certainly made amends for his blunder at the Aberdeen goal.

Were it not for him in this second half County would be behind.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:40 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Aberdeen 1-2 Ross County

Jordan Amissah makes another astonishing save to deny Aberdeen!

This time it's Angus MacDonald who flicks a header behind him towards the far corner, but Amissah flies across like Superman to deny him.

  12. Postpublished at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

A bit 20 minutes or so.

Still very tight in three of today's Scottish Premiership games with only a one-goal margin at McDiarmid Park, Pittodrie and Tynecastle.

Kilmarnock have a decent cushion but one back for St Mirren would change all that.

    St Johnstone 1-0 Hibernian

    Jane Lewis
BBC Sport Scotland at McDiarmid Park

Hibs are piling on the pressure here against the 10 men of St Johnstone. However the home side are so far being equal to the Hibs threat. They've defended well but no doubt the Hibs attack will continue.

  15. goal

GOAL Aberdeen 1-2 Ross Countypublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time 2 January

    Noah Chilvers

If he's meant that, that's incredible.

Chilvers gets it down in the left corner, he drifts inside almost unchallenged and dinks the ball over the keeper and into the net.

Was it a chip? Was it a cross? County don't care.

Adama Sidibeh does really well to keep the ball in play and fires it across to St Johnstone team-mate Benjamin Kimpioka but the 24-year-old fumbles the touch and loses possession.
