  1. 'An open game so far'published at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

    Chris Goreham
    BBC Radio Norfolk commentator

This could easily have been 1-1 already with the two disallowed goals.

Derby are giving this a go.

It's more of an open game than I thought.

  2. DISALLOWED GOALSpublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

    Two goals already...

    But two disallowed, incredible!

First Lars-Jorgen Salvesen has it in the net for visitors after some nice work from Nathaniel Mendez-Laing.

Before Lewis Dobbin then scores at the other end for Norwich.

The assistants' flags are up at both ends. Incredible start.

  3. 'United have had all of the ball'published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Portsmouth

    Danny Hall
Sheffield Star journalist on BBC Radio Sheffield

It's a great chance but Michael Cooper made himself big.

It doesn't matter what part of the body it hits. It's a good save.

It will give Portsmouth heart but United have had all of the ball. They'll have to be patient.

  4. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

Matt Hamshaw looks to have lined the Rams up with a back five here.

They've made a good enough start at Carrow Road but the free-scoring hosts are having the lion's share of the ball.

  5. Postpublished at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 0-0 Portmsouth

Home goalkeeper Michael Cooper is forced into some early work.

He does well to stop Colby Bishop taking the ball round him and in to an empty net.

The home defence wide open there.

If you're just joining us then you missed some real drama in the day's early games in the Championship.

West Brom's Kyle Bartley was sent off after the final whistle for this coming together with Sheffield Wednesday's Svante Ingelsson.

This photo would suggests Bartley is unlikely going to be successful in an appeal against it...

  7. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

First shot of the game comes from Emiliano Marcondes for the hosts, Derby goalkeeper Jacob Widell Zetterström making the save.

The Rams have lost seven games in a row and Paul Warne ultimately paid the price.

A big game for them today as they now occupy a place in the Championship's relegation zone.

Matt Hamshaw takes charge of his first match for the Rams today and makes five changes to the team beaten by Sheffield United.

Sondre Langas, Nat Phillips, Liam Thompson, Lars-Jorgen Salvesen and captain Nathaniel Mendez-Laing are all in the side.

Just the two changes for the hosts, as Marcelino Núñez and Ante Crnac come in for Jacob Sørensen and Oscar Schwartau.

Championship leaders Leeds United are out of the FA Cup after Millwall's Femi Azeez scored twice at Elland Road.

Manchester City are also through after surviving a scare against League One Leyton Orient.

The Premier League champions fought back from a goal down to win 2-1 at Brisbane Road.

    Sheffield United XI

The home side make two changes from the win over lowly Derby last week. Tyrese Campbell is in up top and Gus Hamer is back in midfield after a two-match ban.

Portsmouth boss John Mousinho sticks with the same XI from the 0-0 draw at home with promotion-chasing Burnley last week.

All credit to the travelling Portsmouth fans today because, on paper, their chances of a win at Sheffield United seem slim at best.

The South Yorkshire side, who will go second with a win today, have lost just twice at home all season, while 20th-placed Pompey have lost their past six away games in a row and haven't won at Bramall Lane since 1955.

However, United's two defeats in front of their own fans have come in their past three games here, including being humbled by 3-0 by Hull City a fortnight ago.

  13. Eustace to Derby?published at 14:49 Greenwich Mean Time

    Marc Webber
    Final Score at Carrow Road

It’s a bit nippy in Norwich, but the air has been warmed up with some hot talk that Blackburn Rovers manager John Eustace has been approached to be the next Derby County manager.

The former Derby player has been named as the favourite by the bookies and some media reports to take the role.

Blackburn play tomorrow. So, if a deal is close, you would think they would want it done before tomorrow’s game.

Meanwhile, Derby must focus on getting a win to end a club record losing streak of eight games and getting themselves out of the relegation zone.

They face a Norwich side unbeaten at home in the league in their last five games.

Former Derby County captain Curtis Davies says he is uncomfortable with how the club dealt with the dismissal of boss Paul Warne.

He was sacked on Friday with the Rams in the Championship relegation zone but barely 24 hours before facing Norwich City.

"To have allowed Paul Warne and his staff to take training, and then sack him, I don't like that at all," Davies told BBC Radio Derby.

"If they know he's not going to have the job then it's a meeting in the morning. On a human level you can't allow a man to take training and be preparing for a game.

"If it's the right decision or not it's not the way I would like my football club in terms of Derby County to conduct themselves."

Derby County became the 11th Championship team to make a change in the dugout on Friday when they sacked boss Paul Warne after two years in charge.

Warne had led the Rams to promotion back to the second tier last season and they made a solid start to the campaign.

However, a run of seven successive league losses has seen them tumble down into the relegation zone.

"Results in football dictate decisions and we felt that to give us the best chance of retaining our Championship status, the time was right to make a change," owner David Clowes told the club website., external

The Rams visit Warne's hometown team Norwich today, looking for a first win since 26 December.

  18. 'Sunderland struggled to get going'published at 14:38 Greenwich Mean Time

    FT: Sunderland 2-2 Watford

    Gary Bennett
Ex-Sunderland defender on BBC Radio Newcastle

It's all ifs and buts but if you look at this Watford team, they didn't look like a struggling team.

They caused Sunderland problems and we struggled to get going.

Could we have played with a bit more tempo and urgency? It was only in the last 10 minutes when we played with that tempo and urgency and getting the ball forward.

  19. RED CARD: Kyle Bartley (West Brom)published at 14:35 Greenwich Mean Time

FT: West Brom 2-1 Sheff Wed

There's been a red card shown to someone after the whistle!

West Brom skipper Kyle Bartley is sent off for violent conduct for a push on Svante Ingelsson.

My word, this really did escalate.

  20. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:32 Greenwich Mean Time

    West Brom 2-1 Sheff Wed

The home side claim the points in absolutely crazy fashion.

Djeidi Gassama thought he had given the away side the lead after the break but was denied by a very late offside flag.

Adam Armstrong then looked to have won it for the home side with a debut goal in the 74th minute before the very late drama saw this game go one way and then back the other!

    West Brom go fifth.
