Summary

  1. 'Norwich have to be switched on'published at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 1-0 Derby

    Simon Lappin
Former Norwich midfielder on BBC Radio Norfolk

Norwich have to be switched on here.

But I am surprised that Derby have not tried to play in behind Norwich or play that diagonal pass to open Norwich up.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 1-0 Derby

Just a few minutes remaining at Carrow Road and Norwich are bringing on Jacob Wright for his debut for the Canaries.

Ben Chrisene is also on, while Emiliano Marcondes' race is run after he played a key role for what could be the winning goal.

Lucien Mahovo is also withdrawn. The home side looking to see this one out for an important three points that would move them into the play-off places.

  3. Postpublished at 16:43 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 2-1 Portsmouth

Just on Rob Holding coming on for Sheffield United here.

This is the defender's first game in league football since May 2023.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 2-1 Portsmouth

Have to feel for Portsmouth here.

They've had 15 shots to the home side's 10 and five on target to United's three.

They're without a win here since 1955 and they're now staring at a seventh successive away loss.

Kaide Gordon and Hayden Matthews are on for the final moments as Pompey look to salvage something.

Former Arsenal defender Rob Holding is also on for his Sheffield United debut.

  5. FA Cup round-uppublished at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time

    #bbcfootball

What a cup tie we've got in Stoke.

The Potters fought back from three goals down to lead against Cardiff - but the Bluebirds have hit back again to level the score at 3-3.

Ipswich have extended their lead to 4-1 at Coventry, while Burnley lead at Premier League Southampton.

Still goalless at Deepdale between Preston and League One Wycombe.

  6. 'Derby don't look threatening'published at 16:38 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 1-0 Derby

    Eric Steele
Former Derby and Man Utd goalkeeper on BBC Radio Derby

This is what's disappointing for Derby - we don't look threatening when we go up the field.

  7. Postpublished at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 2-1 Portsmouth

Sheffield United will be going back to second and three points clear of third-placed Burnley if they can see this one over the line.

They've not been at their best today but it's the result that matters.

  8. 'Portsmouth deserve credit'published at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 2-1 Portsmouth

    Danny Hall
Sheffield Star journalist on BBC Radio Sheffield

Whatever the result, Portsmouth deserve a tremendous amount of credit.

But the teams at the top of the league have that firepower to take it away from you in an instant.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:34 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 1-0 Derby

Not a good sign for Derby as on-loan midfielder David Ozoh comes off with what looks like some kind of injury.

Kenzo Goudmijn is also off, with Marcus Harness and Kayden Jackson on in a final throw of the dice for the visitors.

Can the Rams find a way back to end their losing streak?

    Jesurun Rak-Sakyi (74 mins)

The home side retake the lead against the run of play!

Rhian Brewster, with his first touch I think, sends in a lovely low cross that Jesurun Rak-Sakyi stick home from six yards out.

Pompey have been really good today but they look like slipping to a seventh straight away defeat.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:32 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Portsmouth

    One change apiece.

Rhian Brewster is on for Ben Brereton Diaz for the home team.

Adil Aouchiche is on for veteran Matt Ritchie for Pompey.

  12. Postpublished at 16:29 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Portsmouth

Portsmouth have only won away from home once all season.

Heading into the final 20 minutes at Bramall Lane and they are well in with a shout of making it two today.

  13. 'What a finish from Sargent'published at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 1-0 Derby

    Simon Lappin
Former Norwich midfielder on BBC Radio Norfolk

Never in doubt when the balls falls to the feet of Josh Sargent.

It's great work from Emiliano Marcondes but what a finish from Sargent.

    A brilliant goal from Norwich.

He's so pivotal to the way Norwich City play.

  14. goal

GOAL: Norwich 1-0 Derbypublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time

    Josh Sargent (68 mins)

Norwich have began to take hold in this game and they take through the lead through a lovely team goal.

Josh Sargent plays a nice one-two with Emiliano Marcondes before lashing into the top corner.

His eighth Championship goal of the season.

  15. Postpublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

Derby make their first change as Jerry Yates comes on for Lars-Jorgen Salvesen, who was denied the opening goal by the offside flag early in the first half.

Norwich striker Josh Sargent has had a quiet afternoon but is involved now - two shots in quick succession.

First he draws the punch from Derby keeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom but the call goes straight back to the American, who rolls his rebound effort wide of the goal.

  16. Postpublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Portsmouth

United full-back Harry Clarke comes in off the right and sees a left-footed effort drift wide of the far post.

Not really sure how this game is still 1-1 to be honest.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Portsmouth

Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder is not enjoying what he's seeing.

He makes a triple change on the hour-mark.

Sam McCallum, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi and Sydie Peck are all on.

  18. 'United struggling to get the ball'published at 16:20 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Portsmouth

I'd love to see the possession stats because it's been a real struggle for United to get the football.

  19. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:19 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

First changes for the hosts as Anis Slimane and Jack Stacey come on for Marcelino Nunez and Kellen Fisher.

    Very finely poised this.

  20. 'Rams are more than matching Norwich'published at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time

    Norwich 0-0 Derby

    Ed Dawes
    BBC Radio Derby commentator

Derby are physical in this game.

They are more than matching their opponents.
