Man Utd v Chelsea (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    Manchester United

Marc Skinner has signed a one-year extension to stay as manager of Manchester United women.

Skinner took over United in 2021, and last season led them to a best ever second-placed finish in the Women's Super League.

This season has been tougher, with United fifth in the table heading into the final day, well off the title pace and out of contention for the top three and Champions League qualification.

However, Skinner has guided United to their maiden major trophy, beating Tottenham 4-0 at Wembley to win the FA Cup last weekend.

    BBC Sport

Norwich made the play-offs after improving following a poor start to the season. A 3-1 home defeat by Blackburn on 5 November left them 17th in the league and David Wagner's future looking uncertain.

That proved to be their final home defeat of the season as they turned things around superbly in the second half of the campaign to clinch sixth on the final day.

This was their third play-off campaign and they had made the final in each of the previous two.

It was not to be three from three though and now, for the first time since 2009-10, they will play a division below their bitter rivals Ipswich, who have secured successive promotions to reach the Premier League.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp on preparing for their final game of the season, and his last game as manager: "This is a massive challenge, I have no clue how the team are thinking. The documentary crew asked for the last team meeting, I said no.

"It will be a tough atmosphere against Wolves, a strong team, the most unlucky team I have ever seen with VAR. They will want to finish on a high, we will prepare as good as normal.

"Standing there and pretend it is a normal game, no-one would believe that. But it will be easier to celebrate if we put in a good game before."

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on his time in the city of Liverpool: "The older you get, time slips through your fingers, and you look back and think, that was great. We used absolutely everything, tried to make the best out of everything, enjoy things as much as possible. A decade of your life is massive, and I will not forget a day. I was at the best club I could have imagined, in a very special city.

"Nothing is perfect nowadays, but the way the people meet you, the way they treat you - it's wonderful to know I spent a big time of my life here. I got the key of the city, I'm sure for some people that is rather funny, but if the city needs me I am there. I want to be helpful in whatever way."

For me, the win against Dortmund in April 2016 when the winner was sucked into the net by the Kop in the final few minutes. I think that's the night Klopp 'got' Liverpool. Tuchel said 'I can't explain it, it was not logical'. No, Thomas, it was Anfield.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on his connection with the club's fans: "I try to explain, I do not understand it properly. People like you until you disappoint them, and I don't think we ever disappointed. The club means the world to so many people, and over the last few months it was really extreme.

"I have had so many emails and letters over the the last few months. If I answer all of them I am here to 2028, so I apologise for not answering all of them. There were a lot of request for tickets as well...

"Some of those letters, I burst into tears reading about what the club has meant to some people. The way we bought into it led to how happy we were. We have very special supporters, and the last nine years meant the world to them, I am very happy about that."

Any manager can look good after a victory but he managed to make defeat bearable because he promised that it would lead somewhere. We lost in Kyiv [in the 2018 Champions League final] and that night, he was lifting the players up, singing, dancing, celebrating. Of course next year was sweeter but Klopp showed how to deal with a loss as much as he showed how to win.

"Most spectacular performance - Barcelona [in 2019 Champions League semi-final second leg]. Best goal - Alisson Becker [against West Brom in 2021]. Best assist - Trent Alexander-Arnold against Barca. Best save - Alisson against Napoli. Best backheel goal - Sadio Mane."

I have followed Liverpool since 1971 and so have many, many great (and sad) memories. Klopp has been such a special manager amongst the many special managers at the club. For me, lifting the Premier League trophy is his greatest achievement. Having gone so long without the title and to achieve it against this incredible Man City team, it is a truly enduring memory.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp on how he views his legacy in terms of trophies won: "I'm absolutely fine. I know we could have won more, but I can't change that. Missing the title by a point shows you are really good. The nearly wins will not be in the history books, but you can't see it like that. You cannot do any better, or any different.

"Being in the Champions League final three times is an outstanding achievement. I would not be happy if I thought I could have done more, I couldn't. Could someone else have done better? Probably. But I couldn't. The rest will be judged by the people, and I'm sure most think we were absolutely fine."
