  2. Start of Klopp’s last dancepublished at 08:56 British Summer Time 17 May

Liverpool v Wolves (Sun, 16:00 BST)

    Mandeep Sanghera
    BBC Sport

It will be the start of Jurgen Klopp’s last dance on his farewell tour when he holds his final pre-match news conference as Liverpool boss today.

Klopp will be speaking at about 10:00 BST before he brings the curtain down on his time at Anfield against Wolves on Sunday.

The hope was the match could have been a title-winning send-off for the German but those dreams disappeared during a poor run of recent results.

Instead, the game with Wolves is expected to be an emotionally charged farewell for Klopp, who has elevated himself to hero status at Liverpool.

Klopp took over the Merseysiders in October 2015 and, since then, has combined his natural charisma and charm with the type of success that has meant he has captured the hearts and minds of Reds fans.

He has guided the Anfield club to victory in the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup, Fifa Club World Cup and Uefa Super Cup during his stint in charge and supporters will have a chance to show their gratitude for his exploits on Sunday.

  8. Premier League's VAR concernspublished at 08:30 British Summer Time 17 May

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport

If the vote was held today, the Premier League are confident Wolves' demand for VAR to be scrapped in the top flight would be rejected quite comfortably.

However, they are aware of the emotion surrounding the issue and realise the debate around it until the 6 June meeting, when it is voted on, could persuade clubs to change their minds.

It is fair to assume senior figures within the Premier League will be speaking to clubs to get enough support to head off a revolution.

They privately think that whilst some may argue they are happy to go back to relying solely on the referee to make decisions, once one goes badly wrong, they would want VAR back again.

Norwich sacked Daniel Farke after he twice won the club promotion to the Premier League where it was not competitive for reasons other than Farke's abilities. When it comes to boards with no real clue about preparing a football team for a game who sack managers, the proof is in the eating; Farke goes to Wembley with a different club, Norwich look up at the Premier League to see Ipswich waving down at them.

  16. Leeds look to make it sixth time luckypublished at 07:51 British Summer Time 17 May

    Leeds 4-0 Norwich (Agg: 4-0)

    Ian Woodcock
    BBC Sport

There had been next to no indication of what would be to come here at Elland Road after an uneventful goalless draw in Norfolk on Sunday, which made it one win in seven for Leeds, who tailed off badly at the end of the regular season.

However, backed by a vociferous home support, Leeds set about their opponents right from the get-go and moved one step closer to making an immediate return to the Premier League after being relegated last season.

Leeds have not won promotion via the play-offs in five attempts but, in this scintillating form, they will fancy their chances of ending that hoodoo in the final on 26 May.

  18. Canaries will be division below rivals for first time in 15 yearspublished at 07:41 British Summer Time 17 May

    Leeds 4-0 Norwich (Agg: 4-0)

    Ian Woodcock
    BBC Sport

Norwich made the play-offs after improving following a poor start to the season. A 3-1 home defeat by Blackburn on 5 November left them 17th in the league and Wagner's future looking uncertain.

That proved to be their final home defeat of the season as they turned things around superbly in the second half of the campaign to clinch sixth on the final day.

This was their third play-off campaign and they had made the final in each of the previous two.

It was not to be three from three though and now, for the first time since 2009-10, they will play a division below their bitter rivals Ipswich, who have secured successive promotions to reach the Premier League.

    Leeds 4-0 Norwich (Agg: 4-0)

    Norwich City

Norwich City manager David Wagner: "It was a poor performance from us. Everything you should not do, we have done.

"We were second best in the duels and it's a very disappointing evening and end to the season.

"We knew we had to try to stay in the game, but we did the opposite of that, conceding three goals in the first half.

"It's very quiet in the dressing room at the moment. I haven't really spoken about the game because at the moment the disappointment is too big.

"It's important to reflect now. Unfortunately the fairytale does not have a happy ending."

  20. 'The atmosphere in this place is unbelievable'published at 07:32 British Summer Time 17 May

    Leeds 4-0 Norwich (Agg: 4-0)

    Leeds United

Leeds boss Daniel Farke told BBC Radio Leeds: "First of all I have to say congratulations to Norwich on a fantastic season. They were a strong opponent.

"We should have scored more goals, if I'm really honest. I'm happy with the clean sheet and it was important at Carrow Road to return to our normal defensive behaviour and we carried that into tonight.

"Norwich tried everything to try to change the running of the game. Many compliments to my young side. I was a bit concerned because the pressure was a bit on us after the first game.

"I don't know what the average age of our team was tonight but the lads delivered in a perfect way for such a young side.

"This place is second to none when it really gets rocking. It is unbelievable the atmosphere."
