Leeds continue to search for that equaliser.

Skipper (and birthday boy) Ethan Ampadu draws a decent stop from James Trafford in the Clarets goal with a well-hit shot.

Without wishing to fan the dying embers of the #Barclaysman trend which took over the international break, today feels a little like a trip back in time in the Championship.

Leeds v Burnley, Swansea v Norwich and Watford v Coventry have all been Premier League fixtures in recent memory, while for those of a certain vintage, Sheffield Wednesday v QPR was a top-flight staple.

This afternoon we want to know which two teams would form THE definitive Championship fixture?

Bristol City, Preston and QPR have spent a decade straight in the second tier, but do they make the cut for you?

Let us know via the usual channels.

Leeds have had the vast majority of the ball in this game, with about 75% possession so far, but they've struggled to turn that dominance into decent chances.

Burnley are already starting to try and see out the time which feels a bit early given we've still got half an hour to play.

As you can imagine, Leeds fans are letting their feelings be known on this.

    Oxford United 1-0 Stoke

Ruben Rodrigues and Peter Kioso exchange passes down the United right with Rodrigues sprinting into the area and sliding to pull the ball back into the near post, under pressure from Viktor Johansson.

He gets the cross in but Ben Wilmot flies in to turn the ball behind a prevent a sure-fire second.

Good game in this second half. Should have just started at 46 minutes, really.

Players are flying around everywhere and it's giving the referee a headache. Challenges galore as Luton and Millwall players alike end up on the ground.

Luton's Thomas Kaminski is particularly concerned about Millwall defender Joe Bryan after he suffers a heavy fall while going for the ball. The landing is far from soft and Bryan is down for a while.

Millwall go down to 10 men while they defend at the other end but they survive and Bryan is back on the pitch.

Leeds are having to be patient and work really hard.

Most of game has been in Burnley half.

The only one applying pressure up front is Zian Flemming.

Its quite condense and hard to find anybody.

    Mark Harris sighting.

He gets on the end of a diagonal from the left from Ciaran Brown and drives towards the area before lashing in a near-post shot which Viktor Johansson blocks away with his forearms.

Not entirely convincing if truth be told.

Steven Schumacher has seen enough and 18-year-old Liverpool loanee Lewis Koumas is coming on to try to change the flow of the game. Sol Sidibe, a year younger, makes way. He's done a good job in that holding role, I thought.

    Oxford United 1-0 Stoke

Peter Kioso gets on the end of a long diagonal ball and works some space on the edge of the box before firing in a shot which loops off a defender and has to be clawed away by Viktor Johansson.

The Bulls are raging and the Potters are on the back-foot.

Does anyone remember what happened the last time the Robins scored four goals in the first half of a game? It was in August last year away at Wrexham.

They were leading 4-1 at the break but it ended in an incredible 5-5 draw.

Swindon are still 4-0 ahead against Newport and will want not want history to repeat itself this afternoon…

AFC Wimbledon remain 1-0 up against MK Dons in the early stages of the second-half and things are just getting a little heated after the referee turned away a penalty shout for the visitors.

    Millwall 0-1 Luton

Millwall's Casper De Norre has had a few chances in this game and they all seem to head north. This one comes off a free kick closer to the half-way line than the box. De Norre puts in his strike but it's not even close.

It is a good spell from Millwall though, who have come out up for a real battle.

Forward Duncan Watmore tries to cross one in from the near post but there's not a lot of pace on it and Thomas Kaminski doesn't have to do much to stop it wandering into the box.

  12. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 13:44 British Summer Time 14 September

    Oxford United 1-0 Stoke

Big shout for a penalty from Oxford as Ruben Rodrigues whips in another right-wing cross which cannons off Sol Sidibe and behind for a corner.

The Us sub howls for handball but Dean Whitestone shakes his head. It looks like ball to hand. We'd better dust off the laws of the game again, I suppose.

Either way it doesn't matter now.

Cambridge make it 1-1 against Mansfield through defender Emmanuel Longelo. The Stags do their best to respond but their strike is straight at the keeper.

And Wycombe have taken a 2-1 lead against Northampton through forward Richard Kone. The goals continue!

    Now then.

Stoke started the half brightly but they are now behind. They fail to clear their lines down the right and the ball breaks to Ruben Rodrigues who strides into the box before sliding the ball back across goal for the unmarked Idris El Mizouni to side-foot home past the helpless Viktor Johansson.

The Us fans are off their seats now.

One half-time substitution for Millwall and off goes Jake Cooper, who hasn't recovered from the earlier injury.

Shaun Hutchinson is sent in as his replacement.

We're back underway from London to Leeds and everywhere in between...

Will Will Ferrell be seeing a Spirited fightback from Leeds or is it all Downhill from here?

A big 15 minutes for plenty of managers, let's find out if their words of wisdom have fallen on deaf ears or will inspire a turnaround.

It only took 21 minutes for Swindon to race into a three-goal lead over Newport thanks to goals from Kabongo Tshimanga, Paul Glatzel and a Matt Baker own goal.

Joel Cotterill compounded the visitors' woes on the stroke of half-time with the Robins' fourth, and Newport have now shipped 13 goals in League Two this season after just five-and-a-half games - the joint worst defensive record.

Meanwhile, AFC Wimbledon are leading 1-0 at the break in their derby clash with MK Dons thanks to a thunderbolt from Myles Hippolyte from less than 10 yards.

The home side were awarded an indirect free-kick after a back-pass and made no mistake in converting the chance.

  18. Ferrell brings some Hollywood glamour to Elland Roadpublished at 13:29 British Summer Time 14 September

The EFL has gone all razzmatazz in the past few years.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenny have made waves with their ownership of Wrexham and NFL legend Tom Brady has got a minority stake at Birmingham City.

Anchorman star Will Ferrell has got in on the act with an investment in Leeds United and he's at Elland Road today.

It was certainly a classy finish from Luca Koleosho to give the away side the lead, not that that will have amused Ferrell too much.

I think Burnley have changed, they were very high press.

They have got men behind the ball quick and happy to counter attack us.

Its hard to break down teams when they sit behind.

A frantic opening five minutes saw Northampton take the lead from the spot through Sam Hoskins, before Wycombe strike Daniel Udoh equalised just six minutes later after a well worked team goal. Callum Morton nearly gave the home side the lead but Ravizzoli tipped it just wide, keeping it at 1-1.

Elsewhere, Mansfield broke the deadlock through Lee Gregory after 39 minutes, which seemed to be against the run of play. Cambridge looked exciting on the attack and probably will feel a little hard done by being 1-0 down going into the break.
