  3. Lang pays tribute after goalpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Portsmouth 2-0 Stoke City

    Dan George
    BBC Sport at Fratton Park

Portsmouth are flying and Callum Lang wanted to make his own personal tribute to supporter Alec Lumb who sadly passed away on Saturday.

After making it 2-0 he ran over to where Alec's seat was and reached out with his hands in the direction of those in the lower North Stand by the halfway line.

Fratton Park feels like an emotional place tonight.

  4. Postpublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Portsmouth 2-0 Stoke

Portsmouth are looking so lively every time they go forward.

Rob Atkinson wins the ball back for the hosts and feeds Josh Murphy on the left.

He flies forward and hammers a ball into the box but Stoke are able to deal with it. Can the Potters settle things down a bit here?

  5. 'Good game for neutrals'published at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Plymouth 0-0 Burnley

    Frank Nouble
Former Plymouth striker on BBC Radio Devon

It's a really positive shape Plymouth have taken up, which I'm sure can be credited to the manager, Miron Muslic.

The wing-backs being extremely high up the pitch will make the game much more open.

This could spell a good game for the neutral.

  8. 'Ref is trying to be fair'published at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Leeds 1-0 Norwich

    Aidy White
Former Leeds United full-back on BBC Radio Leeds

I think the referee is trying to be fair with that yellow for Sam Byram, but it isn't nice to see so many cards early doors.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Portsmouth 2-0 Stoke

Marlon Pack goes into the book for Portsmouth for a high arm on Stoke midfielder Wouter Burger.

Plymouth Argyle head coach Miron Muslic brushed off questions around Morgan Whittaker's omission.

Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of tonight's fixture, Muslic would only say "I have to focus only on the players who can help us tonight," when asked about Whittaker.

He is in the ground this evening, but is not involved with the playing squad.

Is he going? Is he staying? Time will tell...

  12. Postpublished at 19:58 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Portsmouth 2-0 Stoke

That's a 10th goal of the season for Callum Lang, who sees another shot deflected wide.

It's already a long way back for Stoke against a Portsmouth side in blistering form on home soil at the moment.

Three wins on the bounce at home before today for Pompey, who have also won five of their past six at Fratton Park (D1).

  13. Postpublished at 19:56 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Bristol City

Thewre were a few more protests against Sheffield Wednesday owner Dejphon Chansiri tonight.

It's one week since the Thai chairman said at a fans' forum that he and popular boss Danny Rohl had not spoken this month.

It's understood the pair did speak on Monday.

    Callum Lang (9 mins)

    Portsmouth are flying!!!

Stoke centre-back Ben Wilmot makes an absolute hash of a long ball over the top from Pompey keeper Nicolas Schmid.

Wilmot misses it and and Callum Lang swoops in behind to head over the onrushing Potters keeper Viktor Johansson and it loops into the back of the net.

It's 2-0 inside nine minutes at Fratton Park. Crikey.

  15. Postpublished at 19:53 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

Goalscorer Colby Bishop rises highest from a Pompey corner from the right and heads just over the bar under pressure.

Seven minutes played and both teams have had a man booked already.

    Portsmouth lead!

Colby Bishop steps up from 12 yards and hammers it hard into the top left-hand corner.

Absolutely no chance for Stoke keeper Viktor Johansson and what a start for Pompey!

    Fratton Park is rocking.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 19:49 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Leeds 1-0 Norwich

Norwich's Kellen Fisher is booked for a poor foul on Sam Byram.

Not the best of starts for the team from Norfolk this...

  19. PENALTY TO PORTSMOUTHpublished at 19:49 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Portsmouth 0-0 Stoke

A chance for an early opener!

Josh Wilson-Esbrand, on his Stoke debut after joining on loan from Man City, shoves Callum Lang in the back with both hands as the ball comes into the box.

That's about as blatant as they come and the ref points to the spot.

  20. 'What a start for Leeds'published at 19:48 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

    Leeds 1-0 Norwich

    Aidy White
Former Leeds United full-back on BBC Radio Leeds

I was too busy looking at Norwich's starting XI and formation, and before you know it Leeds have it in the back of the net.

What a start for the home side.

    Let's get a second!
