    Sam Long (79th minute)

What a big goal for Oxford United!

A long throw in to the box from Will Vaulks causes panic in the Wednesday box and the ball eventually falls to full-back Sam Long who has the simplest of tasks of nodding home from close range at the back post.

As it stands, the U's will be going five points clear of the relegation zone.

  2. CLOSE!published at 16:35 British Summer Time 12 April

    West Brom 2-0 Watford

    It's all Albion now.

First, Will Lankshear spurns another chance when steering his left-footed shot wide following more good work from Tom Fellows.

Moments later, Isaac Price has his effort well kept out by Egil Selvik.

  3. Postpublished at 16:35 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sunderland 0-1 Swansea

Enzo Le Fee shows what he can do as he releases Eliezer Mayenda, but the young Spaniard's shot is blocked.

Encouraging signs for the Mackems to see Le Fee back doing things like that.

An absolutely crazy five minutes in this relegation six-pointer at Fratton Park and Derby are back in front!

Fresh on from the bench, Kayden Jackson drives inside and crosses for Derby and Rob Atkinson tries to clear but inadvertently slices into his own net.

From equalising at one end, Atkinson has given the Rams the lead at the other.

Three goals in five minutes and Derby are going above Portsmouth as things stand.

    Portsmouth 1-1 Derby

    Andrew Moon
    BBC Radio Solent commentator

Derby failed to get into a position to deal with the ball.

Fratton Park is loud again, the game is tied up again.

  7. Postpublished at 16:31 British Summer Time 12 April

    Millwall 1-0 Middlesbrough

Camiel Neghli's first Millwall goal is moving his side level on points with Middlesbrough, but below them on goal difference.

They will both be two points behind Coventry, who are away at Hull on Monday.

  8. goal

GOAL: Portsmouth 1-1 Derbypublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 12 April

    Rob Atkinson (71 mins)

An instant reply by Pompey within a minute of going behind!

  9. 'What a delivery'published at 16:30 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-1 Derby

    Eric Steele
Former Derby and Man Utd goalkeeper on BBC Radio Derby

What a delivery that is! Yates just rises, the cross did it for him, all he had to do was make contact.

Derby have survived 15 minutes of pressure and now they're 1-0 up.

  10. CLOSE!published at 16:29 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Oxford United

Another chance for the hosts to break the deadlock goes begging!

The ball breaks kindly for substitute Svante Ingelsson inside the box on the left but he fires wide of the target.

    Still goalless here.

  11. Postpublished at 16:29 British Summer Time 12 April

Goals! This is more like it.

  12. Postpublished at 16:29 British Summer Time 12 April

    Sunderland 0-1 Swansea

French playmaker Enzo Le Fee has been summoned from the bench as Sunderland now try to conjure up an equaliser.

It's worth saying that the Black Cats have lost something going forward.

Before this game, it was only three goals in five games and they will need to rediscover their attacking fluidity.

  13. goal

GOAL: Portsmouth 0-1 Derbypublished at 16:28 British Summer Time 12 April

    Jerry Yates (70 mins)

Huge goal for Derby in the relegation six-pointer at Fratton Park!

The Rams have their first period of sustained pressure of the half and a cross comes in from Craig Forsyth for Jerry Yates to head home.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:27 British Summer Time 12 April

    Luton 0-1 Blackburn

Blackburn are down to 10 men and already doing everything within their power to run down the clock.

Rovers win a corner and Tyrhys Dolan is booked for time-wasting after taking too long over the set piece.

  15. Postpublished at 16:26 British Summer Time 12 April

    Camiel Neghli (65 mins)

Millwall and Alex Neil have been the ones trying to force the issue in this match and they are rewarded.

Neil made a triple change just before the hour and one of those, Camiel Neghli, has come up with a big goal.

It's a first goal in English football from the Algerian forward and at a vital moment as he reacts sharply in the box to drive it past Mark Travers.

  17. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 12 April

    Cardiff 0-0 Stoke

The second half is under way in Cardiff. A reminder this game is running about 25 minutes later than our other 15:00 BST kick-offs after an earlier delay due to a medical emergency in the crowd.

  18. Postpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 12 April

    Portsmouth 0-0 Derby

Very little to separate the two sides in a tightly contested encounter at the bottom at Fratton Park so far.

Just over 15 minutes into the second half and Pompey play a quick free-kick to Josh Murphy on the left-hand side but his low cross is palmed away by Derby keeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom, who is having a fine afternoon for the Rams.

  19. goal

GOAL: West Brom 2-0 Watfordpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 12 April

    Mikey Johnston (60 mins)

Cometh the man, cometh the hour!

Good work from Will Lankshear, who finds Karlan Grant on the break.

Grant finds Tom Fellows who gets his second assist of the match when he expertly pulls the ball across for Mikey Johnston to prod home past Egil Selvik into the back of the Watford net.

He has been threatening that since the beginning of the second-half and he looks to have settled the points in this clash between two play-off hopefuls.

  20. CLOSE!published at 16:21 British Summer Time 12 April

    West Brom 1-0 Watford

Watford continue to be a threat from set-pieces and James Abankwah is guilty of heading another excellent delivery from Imran Louza wide.

At the other end, Mikey Johnston is beginning to be a real threat for the Hornets and he hits a shot from range which goes just over.

Moments afterwards, Johnston gets on the end of a good cross from Alex Mowatt but it is well blocked by some last-ditch defending from Watford and it remains 1-0.
