Brentford forward Yoane Wissa, speaking to Sky Sports: "As you can see we have had the same 11 almost every time, with maybe just one or two changes each game, so we trust each other.
"Even with the goal we conceded you can see how hard we tried to get back, because we know we have to work hard. The Premier League is not easy and to be safe in the Premier League is even harder so that is the mentality Thomas wants us to have.
"Try to understand that we are lucky to play in the Premier League and we need to continue to work hard, and every point is important."
FT: Brighton 2-2 Leicester
Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler, speaking to Match of the Day, said: "I'm very disappointed, very frustrating because it was not a mature performance, we were too naive. We didn't act like we should. We didn't deserve more.
"Today we weren't able to do the basics right and we were not able to win the game. The season is not over yet, we have to show a reaction because this cannot continue."
FT: Arsenal 1-1 Brentford
Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli, speaking to Sky Sports: "We tried our best and they did not create much. They have a really good side as well. We tried our best but conceded the goal and drew the game.
"It's really disappointed to draw the game when we wanted to win but now it is time to turn the page and think about Real Madrid again.
"[On Christian Norgaard's challenge] I didn't see it again but in my opinion in the moment if my foot was on the floor then he could break my leg, even if he didn't mean it.
"For us sometimes it looks a little bit second yellow and then a red straight away, but we cannot complain."

Nottingham Forest striker Chris Wood, speaking to Premier League Productions: "It is bitterly disappointing to concede the way we did late on. It is frustrating but we have got to build and go again.
"We know we can do better and that is what we have to take into the next games. We have got the team to do that.
"We have to be ready to go again. What we have got to this season we have got to on our own merit.
"We have got to get back to what we do well."

Brentford boss Thomas Frank, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "I thought it was a great performance in many ways. It is difficult to play Arsenal and I thought that the team showed great character. One thing to improve on is probably a bit more on the ball and the moments we had to get a bit more out of them. That is the next step."
On Mark Flekken's error that nearly led to a goal: "He underestimated the situation and lost track of where he was on the pitch. It is good that nothing happened."
On Yoane Wissa: "Great season. Very impressive. Scoring 15 Premier League goals is exceptional. That is down to Wissa and the way we play. With him and Bryan Mbeumo we have two players who have scored 15 in the Premier League this season."
Southampton 0-3 Aston Villa

On the remainder of the season: "I think we can continue to work hard. We treat the last six games like we treated the first six games. We played against a top team today but we were solid. We need to maintain our belief."
On assistant Adam Lallana: "Adam's experience speaks for itself. He'll be invaluable. I'll be leaning on that. We need to make sure we keep putting our best foot forward.
On trying to beat Derby's record-low points haul: "I don't think we ignore it but what we have to do is focus on the things that can help us win games of football. We focus on our brilliant basics day in day out."

It's all about Wednesday now for Arsenal and the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Real Madrid in Spain's capital.
The Gunners have a 3-0 lead from the first leg.
"Now it is time to recover well and tomorrow we have to start to prepare for the most beautiful game of the season," said Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, speaking to Sky Sports: "We are disappointed with the result. We had full control of the game and conceded a very poor goal. It was not good enough and when you don't do what you have to do against this team, you concede a goal."
Was there a lack of energy? "The attitude, if you see at the end we have to play with 10 men and we had two big opportunities to score, you cannot say it is about energy. We play every three days and are used to it, so there is not an excuse of energy."
On scoring on the break: "It is one of the things, they commit a lot of players and it is an opportunity in open spaces to hurt them and we did."
FT: Manchester City 5-2 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "The defeat really hurts. But we conceded the goals too easily. We didn't defend at our top level. A team like Manchester City, they punish it."
On whether conceding five surprised him: "Maybe there are a few reasons. Of course on the other side we have to accept City are a top team. The players did their best but we will learn from this game. When you play a team like City you have to be in your top level in defence."
On being able to learn from the defeat: "The last time we conceded five was against Arsenal before Christmas and then we had a great run. We will analyse this again and then train. In four days we have the chance to do it better against Newcastle and this is what we'll go for."

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "It is disappointing because we lost two points. From what we did in the game, how we dominated and what we conceded, I think we did a enough to win. Against Brentford if you don't defend the first or second actions well on set pieces then they are going to punish you big time.
"We had an open goal with Bukayo after and we did not make it 2-0 and then with 1-0 the game is always open."
On losing Jorginho to injury: "I don't know. He said he could not breathe properly so it might be to do with one of the ribs. It is strange because Jorgi normally carries on so that means it is something significant I think."
On dropping more points: "Yes, an opportunity missed for sure because we wanted to win and increase our opportunities in the league. But we haven't managed to do that. We have to be critical with ourselves, especially with the way we conceded the goal.
"[Minds on Wednesday?] The way we did the game certainly not. The way the feeling was with the players, certainly not. To prepare well you have to play as well as possible and win the next game."

"It’s been a hard season - having a hernia wasn’t fun – but I’ve been pain-free for the last six weeks and that makes a massive difference.
"Now I feel free I’m able to do a lot of training sessions and feel I can do a good job. I don’t know what will happen next but I want to play on, so let’s see where I end up.
"I don’t know how I’m going to feel [in my last game] - I’ve been here so long, my kids were born in Manchester and lived their whole life here.
"It’s going to be different for them and I think they’re a bit scared. If I can play football and my family’s happy I’m good."

Brentford boss Thomas Frank, speaking to Sky Sports: "Of course, it is a very good point against a very good Arsenal team that beat Real Madrid four days ago. Fighting back to get to 1-1 shows the character in our team. I would have loved us to create more but they also defended very well."
On Yoane Wissa scoring again: "It is such a privilege. How many No 9s have scored 15 Premier League goals this year for a team that, with all due respect, is not amongst best in the league? That is a big credit to Wissa but also the chances we create."
On conceding from an attacking corner: "We are so annoyed because we were doing so many things well and we know they are good on the break."
On ambitions: "We would love to compete for Europe and aim for as high as possible in many ways. That is what we are fighting for every single year and game. We are never celebrating a point but it is a very good point. We will keep pushing."

Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo, speaking to Sky Sports: "We, the players, the fans, everyone is frustrated because we didn't play good.
"We didn't flow and play as well as we should. We have to look back and see but it is all about improving. What we want to achieve is hard, is very difficult, but it is in our hands.
"It is in our hands. We must improve."

"We conceded on the counter, which I think we could have avoided and then we tried to come back. We know we are good on set pieces and the goal I scored was the kind of goal I score in training, so I was very happy to score that."
On his goal: "I knew the target was the back stick and as soon as I saw Nathan head the ball back to me I knew I could have the chance to finish. I let the ball go and just tried to put it on target. It is hard for the keeper to save it when it is so close to them.
"[In the form of his life?] Yes that's fair. I had a good conversation with Thomas and he gave me a lot of love and confidence. After that it is taking steps forward with the guys and after one, two, three goals it just goes from there."

Arsenals lack of depth and a plan B seem to have held us back this season! Our first XI can beat anybody but with injury fatigue and suspension that's a big ask. We must have set a record today for points dropped this season. I would be bold enough to say we need two strikers next season! And one of them needs to be big strapping old fashioned centre forward so we can go direct when needed. Glad Edu gone, let's see if the new guy has something up his sleeve?

Leicester manager Ruud van Nistelrooy, speaking to Sky Sports: "Very happy for the players. They reacted in a brilliant way to break the cycle of games without wins and goals.
"They fought for it and they fought together, they helped each other and carried out the plan perfectly. Two VAR penalty goals against us and I'm disappointed with the [Pervis] Estupinan push in the face of Kasey McAteer and that could've been another VAR moment.
"It was a positive performance. The players had a great spirit on the pitch and we saw players that want to play and want to fight for the club.
"For me, that's the one thing I've been looking at. It could've been better [in previous games] and that's never acceptable."

How many points have Arsenal dropped from winning positions against mediocre teams? Brighton, Brentford, Everton, Villa, Man City etc etc. The manager has to take responsibility for that.

“Of course the scoreline didn’t reflect what I thought about the first 20 minutes but we found a way to change the game.
“I’m going to enjoy every moment I have here and I’m glad we found a way today.
“I thought the first 20 minutes was actually all right but they pounced on two chances and I was like ‘what’s going on here?’ - but the reaction was good and changed the feeling of the game.
“We need to win these games. We need to perform the way we did today, be aggressive - of course we’ve struggled this season but the most important thing is this club plays Champions League next season.”

Arsenal have lost just one of their 10 home games against Brentford in all competitions (W5 D4), going down 2-0 at Highbury in April 1938.
Having beaten Arsenal 2-0 in their first ever Premier League match in August 2021, Brentford have now lost five of their last six against the Gunners in the competition (D1).
Arsenal have lost just one of their last 15 Premier League London derbies (W12 D2), going down 1-0 against West Ham in February. They’ve scored at least five goals in five of these 15 matches.
Brentford have won their last two away London derby matches in the Premier League, having lost seven in a row on the road before this.
Since the start of December, Arsenal have conceded just 12 goals in their 18 Premier League games. They’ve only conceded more than once in one of these games, a 2-2 home draw against Aston Villa.
