    Jake Wightman makes it three from three for Britain, qualifying for Friday's 1500m final with a time of 3:40.73.

    He will be lining up alongside fellow Brits Chris O'Hare and Charlie Grace.

    Charles Grice is another Brit that is through to the 1500m final.

    As is European champion Filip Ingebrigtsen, but he did it the hard way.

    The Norwegian gets tangled up and falls to the ground, he has enough time to get up, compose himself and catch-up with the pack - he finishes third and celebrates like he's won gold.

    It was her final chance, after her first two jumps were 'slightly stuttery', but Naomi Ogbeta delivered when it mattered.

    A 'beautiful jump' of 14.15m, her personal best, sees her through to Friday's triple jump final.

    Tim Duckworth is not happy with how the discus has gone for him.

    He can throw 44 metres when he's at his best, but this morning he's only managed 41.94 and he drops down to fourth overall.

    Women's 50m breaststroke

    Britain's Imogen Clark and Sarah Vasey are both safely through to the 50m breaststroke semi-finals that take place this afternoon.

    Clark was particularly impressive, qualifying third overall in a time of 30.40 seconds.

    James Guy has won two relay golds already in Glasgow, but he's competing as an individual this morning in the 100m butterfly heats.

    Guy came second in this event in the Commonwealth Games and he comes second this morning in his heat to advance to the semi-finals.

    Ben Proud claimed a silver medal in the 50m butterfly yesterday afternoon and he's back in action again this morning.

    He wins his 50m freestyle heat this morning in 21.68 seconds and progresses through to the semi-finals.

    Duckworth finishes 110m hurdles in 14.55 secondspublished at 09:10 British Summer Time 8 August 2018

    Decathlon 110m hurdles

    Tim Duckworth came into today with a 95-point lead but that has now been cut down after the 110m hurdles.

    The Brit finishes with a time of 14.55, with winner Arthur Abele storming to victory in 13.94, much to the delight of the home ground in Berlin.

    Abele is now just 18 points behind Duckworth.
