Yep, the replays show that the ball did come loose before Cam Akers' helmet hit the turf. The Bucs recovered it so they've now got possession.
They haven't got time to do anything with it like, but crucially, that turnover means the Rams can't stretch the lead before the break.

Brady wants a penalty and makes his opinion known to the officials. But it'll be an unsportsmanlike conduct call against the veteran quarterback. Remarkably, that's the first off his entire career.
