If the 49ers pull this off it'll be one of the great performances in NFL play-off history.
San Francisco 49ers 7-21 Philadelphia Eagles
The 49ers offence may be decimated by injuries but their defence is still doing everything it can to keep them in the game.
They force a three-and-out for just three yards and the San Francisco offence will have the ball at their own 45-yard line.

NFL pundit on BBC Radio 5 Live
"How could this possibly happen to one team at one position over the course of four months?"The 49ers now have four injured quarterbacks, although it looks like Purdy will tough it out for now. He's yet to throw a pass after apparently injuring his elbow.
San Francisco 49ers 7-21 Philadelphia Eagles
Purdy just hands the ball off to Christian McCaffrey on third-and-long, the Eagles are playing the run and stop it for just a few yards.
That brings out the punt unit and their opening drive of the half stalls out.
San Francisco 49ers 7-21 Philadelphia Eagles
More bad news on the injury front for the 49ers as Josh Johnson is hit as he throws. On the way down his head slams off the floor and a concussion check is initiated by the officials.
Brock Purdy is back in the game, bad elbow and all.
San Francisco 49ers 7-21 Philadelphia Eagles
It's a big drive for the 49ers and it looked to be going disastrously after Christian McCaffrey was stuffed in the backfield on first down by Josh Sweat.
But on third-and-13 Josh Johnson finds George Kittle for a 22-yard catch and run.

Two late TDs in 80 second puts the Eagles in total control here and heading to their fourth Super Bowl leading by 14 points with the 49ers on the ropes.
San Francisco recovered well from losing QB Brock Purdy, and in general their defence has been excellent, but penalties killed them on the penultimate drive, before the fumble helped give the Eagles 14 easy-ish points.
And with the visitors down to their fourth QB, it'll be some effort for them to get back on terms now. But stranger things have happened...

Philly make the 49ers pay as Boston Scott runs to the right edge and just about wins the footrace into the right corner.
That's now 38 rushing touchdowns for the season for the Eagles, which sees them tied for the all-time single season record.
More importantly that puts them in total control of this game.
San Francisco 49ers 7-14 Philadelphia Eagles
Urgh, this is a nightmare for Josh Johnson after a nice completion on his first throw, he then just flat-out drops a good snap, then can't manage to gather the ball on the deck and Hasson Reddick drops on it and the Eagles take over in a nightmare end to a nightmare half.
San Francisco 49ers 7-14 Philadelphia Eagles
And the Eagles make no mistake from close range as they score their second touchdown and it's Miles Sanders again he is handed the rock and is able to again run it in almost untouched from 13 yards.
That's a serious drive from Philly, going 75 yards in 14 plays and just under seven minutes - just after San Fran had got a foothold in the game and with their defence still playing well.
Crucial flags cost them yards and first downs and you just can't give Philly second chances. The visitors just got worn down there on that drive.

San Francisco 49ers 7-7 Philadelphia Eagles
These penalties are just killing the Niners, as their defensive line is playing out of their skins but it's another flag in the secondary that puts the Eagles inside the red zone.

Former Super Bowl MVP quarterback Kurt Warner: "It looks to me like you've got a young quarterback who is not seeing the field well. Hurts is getting back, his feet are antsy and he is bouncing around like he doesn't know what he is looking at.
San Francisco 49ers 7-7 Philadelphia Eagles
Kenneth Gainwell comes into the game and makes a big difference with a first down run then a big pick-up of 17 yards takes Philly to the San Fran 24-yard line at the two minute warning as they look to go in ahead at half-time.
San Francisco 49ers 7-7 Philadelphia Eagles
Jimmie Ward almost has an interception but he's flagged for too much contact on AJ Brown, and that gives Philly a fresh set of downs.

Who wins from here then? Despite the injuries the Niners are level, but will the Eagles just grind them down?

San Francisco 49ers 7-7 Philadelphia Eagles
Right then, we've got a game on in south Philly after that incredible Christian McCaffrey touchdown - which I think I've picked up a few bruises just watching.
The Eagles are back on the field and forced to go for a fourth down conversion again, but it's only a yard and they're the best QB sneakers in the game this year, so it's converted without fuss.
