Right away the Chiefs answer and take the lead to start this fourth quarter thanks to Isiah Pacheco barging his way over in that angry style we've already mentioned.
It's set up by Rashee Rice taking a tough catch, but he limps off the field and if he can't return that would be another serious blow for KC.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-24 Buffalo Bills
Just like the previous game, we enter the final 15 minutes with this one still hanging in the balance.
Anything can happen here, and usually does when these two meet. 'That' final two minutes of their infamous play-off game was the craziest I think we've ever seen.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-24 Buffalo Bills
Patrick Mahomes sees the Bills blitz coming, and steps up just at the right time before flipping a ball forward to Marquez Valdes-Scantling for 33 yards.
Just tremendous play, and recognition from Mahomes to see what was coming and adjust accordingly. We're being spoilt by the QB play in this game tonight.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-24 Buffalo Bills
Right, we're almost playing basketball here so what can Patrick Mahomes do to respond this time?
Isiah Pacheco with a nice run to move the chains early with that trademark angry running style - he'd probably run for a bus like that as well.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-24 Buffalo Bills
Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo on CBS: “Josh Allen's already had big moments in his career. But that's the play right there that's made the Bills believe that this is their time.”
Kansas City Chiefs 20-24 Buffalo Bills
Jason Bell, former NFL cornerback, on Sky Sports: "You will not see a play like that anywhere else. Unreal from Josh Allen."
That is the first touchdown that Chiefs safety L'Jarius Sneed has given up all season.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-24 Buffalo Bills
Great throw from Josh Allen, great catch by Khalil Shakir diving low in the front corner of the end zone as Buffalo restore their four-point lead.
Did we expect anything less?
Kansas City Chiefs 20-17 Buffalo Bills
And maybe some of that fatigue shows as Ty Johnson breaks through with a 16-yard run down to the six-yard line.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-17 Buffalo Bills
Buffalo are back to their punishing ground game that the Chiefs just aren't able to stop, and haven't been all game. The Bills are just at the red zone now and if they keep this up the Chiefs defence will be out of gas sooner rather than later.

In his half-time interview, Bills coach Sean McDermott said that this game will come down to "who's making plays".
"At the end of the day, we've got to make more than them," he added.
Here's another chance for Josh Allen to show what he can do.
Kansas City Chiefs 20-17 Buffalo Bills
And that's a new record for Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce who combine for their 16th play-off touchdown.
That takes them one ahead of the Tom Brady to Rob Gronkowski connection that led the Patriots to multiple Super Bowls.
Mahomes and Kelce the best ever to do it?
Kansas City Chiefs 20-17 Buffalo Bills
Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo on CBS: “What an incredible individual effort by Travis Kelce. There wasn't much room there, but nobody's better at putting their head down and finishing at the goal-line.”
Kansas City Chiefs 20-17 Buffalo Bills
The Chiefs call a tight end screen on first and goal but the quick pass still gives Travis Kelce a lot of work to do as he can't go straight ahead with the blocking not working out, so he diverts out to the left and just about gets the ball over the line before going out of bounds.
The Chiefs go back ahead of a super opening drive of the half.
Kansas City Chiefs 13-17 Buffalo Bills
We start the second half with Patrick Mahomes going on a 24-yard scamper down the left sideline after faking a jump ball throw to trick the Bills defence.
A different sort of runner to Allen - Mahomes is more of a tiptoe approach while Allen's more of your bull in a china shop type. Both effective though.

Josh Allen has now passed and rushed for a combined 50 touchdowns this season, more than any other quarterback.
In that first half he rushed for two scores and 51 yards - just two less yards than all of the Chiefs managed.
And even when you can block him, on one play he showed he has the skill and awareness to chuck it to one of his team-mates while on the run.
Allen in full flight is a joy to watch. And we have another 30 minutes to come, at least.
Kansas City Chiefs 13-17 Buffalo Bills
A penalty backs the Chiefs up so Patrick Mahomes takes a knee to end the half with the Bills ahead by four points but the game still right in the balance.
Both teams can run the ball, Buffalo looks to have a few more receivers to use though, they're also at home - oh and have Josh Allen who is almost unstoppable with the ball in his hands in the post-season.
Kansas City Chiefs 13-17 Buffalo Bills
Jason Bell, former NFL cornerback, on Sky Sports: "Josh Allen's big and strong. He's looking for an opportunity of a running lane. You just have to give him a little crease and he's so big that he just falls forwards."
Kansas City Chiefs 13-17 Buffalo Bills
Of course, Josh Allen, who else? The big QB can't be stopped from close range so why would the Bills call anyone else's number?
There's nothing pretty about this as Allen just tucks the ball and lowers his sizeable shoulder before pumping those big legs to power over the goal line.
It feels almost like cheating when you've got a giant of a man like Allen at QB from close range like that. How do you stop him?
That's 18 rushing TDs this season now for Allen.
Kansas City Chiefs 13-10 Buffalo Bills
Good catch by Khalil Shakir down on the two-yard line low down, just manages to pick it off his toes. And we can guess what's coming up next.
